Every time I order from Winamac Pizza Hut I always get greeted with a smile and a hello. Our food is always on time and fantastic. In the past 15 years I have ordered food on weekends, weekdays and holidays. Always a great experience. Thank you everyone at this small town Hut!!

Placed an order at 5 pm to be ready by 7 get there and they tell me it will be maybe 740pm before it is ready!! What a joke!! And the lady in back was yelling at cashier about it when that’s on them rude and don’t give a crap!! Canceled my order.

I ordered online around 6:00pm and waited almost 20 minutes before it told me that a “door dasher” was bringing the food. It said it would be delivered around 6:30pm. I waited until 6:50 before I called pizza hut. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back in. I was then told at 7pm that the dasher has not picked up the food yet and they can’t do anything until the dasher cancels the order or picks it up. When asked if I was ever going to receive the pizza, the response was “We can’t do anything until they cancel it or pick it up and we don’t know when that will be.” At this point I told them my food was done at 6:30 and I never got it delivered. Instead I came and picked it up and requested a fresh pizza and wings. I was then still charged the delivery charge and tip I left on the pizza hut app. I then asked them to take off the charge for delivery and the tip since I had to come get the pizza myself. I am not happy with the experience I have received from this pizza hut for the last 6 months, and I will not be buying from this pizza hut for another 6 months or until something has changed.

We placed an order online. We arrived at the time it said it would be ready. However, we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes once there. It was just kind of irritating, I ordered online to avoid having to wait. The food, thankfully, was delicious.

Whoever the cooks are at this pizza hut need a raise! They know how to make a pizza delicious! Well pizzas use to be good so whoever was working there and making killer pizzas I wish you well cuz you can tell your not working there anymore got a meat lovers last week had extra cheese added I feel it was just regular amount of cheese this week didn’t get the extra cheese and there’s almost no cheese on the pizza very little anyways!

We decided to eat in the small seating area. The pizza was obviously hot and fresh but so delicious! Great friendly service. They were very busy and we could see why. Best Pizza Hut Pizza in the surrounding area.

Pizza Hut is fast and delicious every time. We love pizzas from Pizza Hut the best. It was still hot when we started to eat it. Pizza hut is the only pizza we like to eat cold for breakfast. The flavor is still great hot or cold. Keep up the great work employees of Pizza hut and never change the great recipe.☺☺
