I recently ordered 20 pieces of boneless wings with Sweet Chili and Nashville Hot sauces, and I have to say — they were absolutely phenomenal. The wings were perfectly cooked, generously coated with just the right amount of sauce, and the chicken tasted incredibly fresh.
What really stood out, besides the quality of the food, was the excellent customer service. Kevin, who took my order, was extremely polite and patient. I had quite a few questions regarding the ingredients and cooking methods — specifically about the type of oil used and whether any beef or pork tallow was involved — and he took the time to answer everything thoroughly and respectfully. It was reassuring to learn that they don’t use any tallow, which made me feel even more confident in my order.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience — delicious food, fresh ingredients, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Very good wings and fries, we went there for an early lunch and it wasn’t very busy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our wings took a little bit to get but that just means they were making them fresh. Not much of seating area inside but we got carry out so it was fine for us. The seasoning on the fries is very good.

I recently visited Wing Snob in Heartland, and I have to say—this place serves the freshest wings I’ve ever had! No taste and dry covered in dry seasoning like it was poured on but super oily wet on everything but the food. Containers were saturated. 1st time last time. Wings gross. Super sick to my stomach. Waste of money. Thanks only thing ok was the corn bread. Wouldn’t give it another chance on a first time experience absolutely dissatisfied.

The wings are not bad, but nothing to write home about. Sandwiches are also “alright” at best. Wayyyyyyy overpriced for what you get. Most of their “decent” coupons, they no longer accept. Not worth it without a coupon.

We ordered delivery tonight because we are not feeling well. The food arrived more than 30 minutes late. The food was ice cold partially because cold pops (the wrong ones) were packed in the bag with the hot food. The person at the store even said “we were concerned with how long it took the driver to arrive to pick up your food.” In a service industry you don’t let ice cold food to leave your store when it is supposed to be hot. You don’t pack cold pops in with hot food. You make sure the order is correct. You don’t make excuses and offer a “free side next time you order” when your customer calls and complains about all of the above. The response was you need to get with door dash and door dash says contact the store. My bank will hear from me Monday morning.

We went inside to order, and maybe that was a mistake. We waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich meal and 10 wings as well as watched multiple people walk in and leave with their food with no communication at all. When we did get our food, it wasn’t even hot, the chicken was dry like jerky, and the fries were crazy over seasoned (literally caked). It was also expensive for something that bad. The only good thing about it was the sauce on the sandwich.

Came in on a Sunday early evening, 4:30, I was the only person in the place. I ordered 6 wings, fries, and carrots. A lot of people kept coming in to pick up door dash or called in orders. They were served quickly. After about 20 minutes the server apologized that it was taking so long but there were other orders to fill ahead of me???? I didn’t get my order until 40 minutes later!!! Plus, there was no extra sauce for the wings and no dressing for the carrots even though it was in the case. I sat and waited even though door dash orders were filled ahead of me. I felt ignored and won’t go back there. There are other wing places in Hartland with wings just as good.
