I have been eating Subway for over 20 years AND NEVER WROTE A REVIEW. I am not new to this. I am a full blown Subway fanatic. I eat it five days a week without fail. And in all those years, across countless locations, I have never in my life seen a Subway run like this one.
The Subway – 7245 N Military Trail is on another level.
Let’s start with the cleanliness. It is spotless every single time. Not sometimes. Not most of the time. Every time. The glass is crystal clear. The floors are clean. The topping station looks like it was just set up five minutes ago. It feels almost unrealistic because every Subway technically charges the same prices, yet they are not run the same. This one operates like it actually cares.
Now let’s talk about service.
After my second visit, every employee knew my first name. Not just one person. All of them. That does not happen by accident. That is leadership. That is culture. That is an owner who clearly sets the standard and communicates with his team. There is no way a whole staff organically memorizes customers like that without intention behind it.
They know my exact sandwich. My exact toppings. The exact amount of each topping. I barely have to speak.
That is not fast food service. That is hospitality.
What makes it even better is the convenience. I can pump gas and walk inside and get the best Subway sandwich I have ever had in my life. At this point, it has become a blessing and a curse because I genuinely do not want Subway from anywhere else. This location ruined every other one for me.
It feels magical. It feels almost fake because you do not expect this level of excellence from a chain that is standardized nationwide.
If anyone wants to challenge this review, I invite you to go there consistently and try to prove me wrong. I stand by every word.

Came in, a younger kid named Cody took my order. I came in to buy just a 6inch and left with 3 more items!
His customer service is beyond amazing.
Cody honestly makes you feel at home when you come to this location, I won’t be going to any other subway only this location from now on as long as Cody’s behind the counter!!

This is the Subway inside the Marathon gas station. I visit this store quite often. There are 2 very nice women who work there. They are always so polite and pleasant. I wish I would have gotten the name of the young woman who served me yesterday evening (9/21/23) she was the epitome of great customer service.

Well I see this Subway is no stranger to bad reviews so I’ll add another. Googled all the subways and found this one was open till 11pm so I exited I95 and walked in at 9:55. The lady was sweeping up and said she was already closed. I asked if she knew of another one near by that was open till 11pm and she said I was at the 11pm one but she had to save the batch of bread she had till tomorrow.

On 6/5/2020 I purchased 2 sandwiches an was charged a 3rd accidentally. When I got home I kept replaying the total thinking they were expensive for 2 sandwiches. My wife called and they figured it out that I paid extra. I was told to return for a refund or grab another sandwich. I went down back to subway, all the employees knew I was coming and took care of me and apologized for the inconvenience. The 1st 2 sandwiches were really good and fresh so I grabbed another an was given some carrot cake cookies, so good. Thank you for your great service, I definitely will be returning to this location .
