Service is great, prices are great, atmosphere is cozy and friendly, music is great, snacks are great, beverages are well made and well priced. So why not 5 stars? The smoking. It’s a small place and lots of smokers. My friends and I would come here more often and stay longer if it was no smoking inside. Breathing in the smoke is bad and having to wash or dry clean your clothes after a visit makes it worse. I get that change is hard and the smokers will be upset but it’s not 1977 anymore. Jeff Parish should take the pressure off owners and have people smoke outside like Orleans. Love the place, the service, and the quality cocktails but the air quality is an issue. If you can handle the smoke, it’s definitely a great spot.

Extremly friendly staff! I visited this restaurant on 10/9/22 on a late night about 2 am.. I thought this bar sold food, I was extremely hungry, but only had drinks. The two women there were soooo friendly,
I ended up ordering two delicious long islands! They recommended 3 other places my fiancé and I can eat at, and we ended up at lamp lighter. I wish I would of got the two friendly waitresses name. Thank y’all! We will be back.

Great place!! I’m newcomer to NOLA and Metairie.. My new “home away from home”. Brittney, Tam, Suzy and Kyle great Bartenders. They take time to welcome and ask you how you loke your cocktail. Every type of people blue ans white collar, biker, old, young, gay straight does not matter here. They LOVE dogs welcome too!!! Ladies. They have purse hooks under bar too!! So cool! Wednesday trivia night and food buy Taco s! Smoking allowed inside!!!

Great hidden gem in Old Metairie. The decor is unique and the drinks are inexpensive. If I’m not mistaken, most nights they have a food truck. Ryan is a great bartender. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I really think this bar has a lot going for it. Great locals pub. Speciality cocktails and cheap beers. Free pizza and nuts. I took a star off because of the smoking. Even for smokers I know it can be intense in there and eyes water and the throat hurts the next day. As an ex smoker, I’m not a fan, but it’s a good enough spot that I occasionally suck it up. It doesn’t seem to circulate well.

Awesome neighborhood bar on Metairie Rd. Uptown West on certain nights. A definite hard-core group of regulars dominate this establishment but are friendly to newcomers. Smoking IS allowed so don’t go there if you hate the smell of smoke.

It is usually very crowded, didn’t even have room to get to the bar for about 15 minutes. The bartender is constantly preoccupied with things other than the customers. Otherwise, it has very friendly atmosphere, video poker machines, good music and a general good time if you’re looking for somewhere off the beaten path. They do not have a kitchen, but they do have food trucks that calm and special crawfish nights.
