My 1st time visiting Cuvee after hearing so much about it. The hype was definitely valid.
The duck breast and scallops were perfectly prepared! I have to say, tye food was great but the staff was AMAZING! They were kind and attentive. Something not always found in St Thomas. I will be back often. Might have found my new place to spoil myself with friends!

This was the absolute most incredible meal we have had on St Thomas – and in a long time for that matter! I am in complete awe. Arrived as the first guests of the evening which made us curious how the night would go, but we were treated like regulars and everything went perfectly. We had both the Caesar and Cuvée salad, short rib & blue cheese croquette(special), blue crab risotto, crispy brussels, bread & herb butter, veal with morel demi glaze with prosciutto potato hash(special), and the incredible chocolate mousse and key lime cheesecake with decaf French press. Not to mention the mocktails and Negroni two ways (best my husband ever had). I am glad we ordered every single item. My goodness – this is the place! So grateful to have had my birthday meal here. From the beyond excellent service by Alika and Sandy (moved inside to the bar for dessert since the atmosphere is incredible) to the impeccable and mind-blowing food – this will be a special memory for us for a lifetime. It’s not often you experience the creative genius of a chef and this is one of those places. Hats off to you Doug! And the cherry on top was when we asked the valet to order us a cab, the nicest cab and driver of our stay came to bring us home. Just WOW!!!

this was the best meal i had during my time in st. thomas. i was savoring every last bite. i got the salmon and my husband got the lobster thermidor, both so delicious. drinks were also super good.
the atmosphere was cozy and romantic. dim lighting and nice instrumental music, i recommend sitting outside. overall great experience can’t wait to go back.

Hands down the best meal we had in St. Thomas!! We eloped in St. Thomas this day and Blue 11 cancelled our reservation for dinner. We were frustrated but luckily Cuvee still had a table for two. In the end, we were actually grateful for the cancellation. The waitress at Cuvee was very attentive and knew the menu well. We started with Blackened Diver Scallops which were cooked to perfection. We shared the surf and turf which had all of our favorites (steak, lobster, mashed potatoes, and sprouts). The price was great for the amount we received. It is a perfect meal for two! For dessert we had the delicious key lime pie cheesecake with raspberry sorbetto. For cocktails we had an espresso martini, old fashioned, the peacock, and the fire and passion. Each one was tasty and well-presented. 10/10 no misses. Thank you Cuvee for saving our wedding dinner 🙂

Compliments to the Chef!! Everything we ordered was spot-on (risotto, duck egg rolls, tuna main dish and crème brûlée). Cheers to the staff! Perfect welcome, patience with our indecisiveness, came around exactly when needed. The place reminded us of an old school place you might find in a NY brownstone or European capital. Great atmosphere. Menu is not overwhelming. Also a little bonus, the owner/waiter not only described delicious sounding specials but offered the price. 1st stop in St Thomas and really set a high bar.

If you’re in St. Thomas don’t miss this restaurant! We went here based on the Google reviews and we weren’t disappointed. The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. We had the surf and turf for two. The ribeye and lobster tail were cooked perfectly. For dessert, I had the creme brulee and it’s probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten.

We ordered the Seared Scallops and Oyster Rockefeller appetizers and they were exceptional! The flavor of the Oyster Rockefeller was buttery and heavenly.
For dinner I got the pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass and my husband got the Bakes Atlantic Salmon. Both dishes were cooked to perfection with plenty of flavor and both were filling.
You cannot go wrong with this lovely Bistro. We would go back in a heart beat!

Absolutely divine. The food and service were amazing, even with a group of 8 of us. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, split a bunch of appetizers, wine/drinks, enjoyed our entrees, and desserts. The filet was perfectly tender with a great crust, every dish was cooked to perfection, and we even had some creativity with dessert. Highly recommend if you want a fantastic meal in an intimate setting.

My wife and I visited St Thomas recently and had an AMAZING dinner at Cuvee. I can honestly say the Chilean sea bass was the best meal I’ve had in many years – literally melts in your mouth! My wife is a vegetarian and the Moroccan vegetable tagine she ordered was fantastic.
The service was impeccable, great cocktails and wine list, and wonderfully visual decor.
Can’t wait to go back!!
