“Are you kidding me?! I called your store FIVE TIMES to check on my order, and NOT ONCE did anyone bother to answer the phone! Then, I show up in person, and what do I get? A 30-minute wait because your staff was too busy chatting with each other to do their job! Unbelievable!
Your employees’ lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customers’ time is appalling. How hard is it to pick up the phone or do your job?! I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received, and I demand that you take immediate action to address this issue.
I want to speak to your manager NOW and expect a full explanation for this fiasco. You need to get your staff in line and teach them what customer service actually means. If I don’t see significant improvements, I’ll make sure to share my horrible experience with everyone I know, and I’ll be taking my business

Review as a delivery driver. Employees are rude and slow. They also make orders as ready to pick up well before they are ready. It’s in colonies center and it’s hard to get in and out and being forced to wait 15+ minute extra on an order is very unfriendly to drivers. When place is dead they just stand around instead of helping or preparing orders and care more about filling their pizza for slices than delivery orders.
If I get another delivery from here, I’ll probably skip it going forward. It’s not worth the waste of time and money

I have ben to few Sbarro’s, as far away as Nassau, Bahamas. the producte are consistent. I do like the pizza, new york style and Sicilian . Usually when. in colonie center I get ziti to go . After I pay I usually look at the wide pizza selection and enjoy it vicariously . The other things look good. As a good italian, who has done many reviews. As many as I come across. Sbarro’s new ork style is quite good and if I was hungry for pizza, I would not pass it up .

Honestly I was truly disappointed.i saw reviews and everyone seems to love it so i gave it a chance . I ordered two pizzas both cold took over two hours , no utensils napkins and the pizza barely has sauce it doesn’t even taste good . I ordered a salad and the lettuce is brown and obviously old . I spent over $40 and I’m truly disappointed. On top of that they don’t answer the phone for customers . Bad business wouldn’t recommend

I gave the cashier a ten dollar bill before being told that a plain slice and a small Coke costs 9.80. Then i said I didn’t want it, but he said “all sales are final”. So they treat you like an idiot (bc they’re working in a pizza place). And then expect you to keep your mouth shut which I did bc who has time to argue with the pizza man? Sucks to be them I guess

This is the BEST! food spot in the mall, hands down. They have such a welcoming staff and always have fresh food items. From the salad all the way to the soda. Its always fast, delicious and who can beat that price! (forgive me for not remembering his name) The owners son, the cashier, helped me today and was very very nice! He remembers my name and order which is what also keeps me coming back. 100000% the best lunch spot!

Great location, Every now and then they’ll do free samples of their fresh garlic bread , Their pizzas are also so good. The manager i believe or the location always has a great positive attitude anytime i come in. Highly recommend !
