This place has so much potential. I would love to love it. It’s not much of a restaurant but it is a cute and authentic little Mexican store where you can buy many of the things you need to make authentic Mexican cuisine. Also they have a place to order food and take Togo style which is semi fairly priced and usually pretty good as well. They don’t like to make their breakfast burrito after 11 which is fine but most taco shops would sell them at all open hours. My gripe is that every time I go to pay there is always an issue with my bill. Like somehow a few extra dollars are added to what I owe. It’s exhausting to have to ask for a receipt and discuss with the shop owner why he is overcharging you. He can be really nice also so I want to believe it’s a mistake but for it to happen every time is ridiculous. Either he is doing it on purpose or genuinely making mistakes which is still super annoying. So In order for me to enjoy going here I have to ask how much everything is and go over my receipt twice. So I considered rating it less but the food is pretty good and for that it still gets a 4/5

So GOOD! We went back for more. Definitely best authentic street tacos in Estes. 5 for $12. Made fresh! It’s a hole in the wall & a little easy to miss but if you go you won’t regret it. Friendly service. It also has a little market if you’re in need. I will be coming back every year when we visit the Rockies for sure!

Food was amazing. The street tacos included lingua and chorizo. I had the crispy relleno plate and it was excellent. Just found our new favorite food in Estes.

Update: We got some delicious chorizo to cook later, as well as amazing carnitas tortas. The tortas were huge, delicious, and a great value. I love this place.
Excellent food at a great price. I loved my breakfast burrito. Lots of great options like menudo. The grocery store is a welcome addition for items you can’t get around town for all your Mexican needs.

This place is is a little Mexican market with a counter set up in the back that serves food. I was very pleased with a 5 dollar breakfast burrito I got there this morning. It was cheap, quick, and delicious, exactly what I was looking for.

$13 for 5 street tacos is crazy cheap, and they’re good, like really really good. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not go here.

These tacos where solid and for the price and the speed I can’t complain at all. It was $12 for 5 tacos which is a pretty great deal. We got the pastor, asada, barbacoa, and the cachete, all of which where great. Our recommendation is the al pastor, but you probably can’t go wrong. We regret not trying the chorizo. I highly recommend this if your in the mood for tacos over any other place in Estes by far.
