My wife and both really like pizza. I saw this Pizza Hut and told my wife “let’s eat here” she wanted to go some place else. I said let’s try it, ok. We went in for lunch, there were quite a few people inside eating. We ordered pizza and pasta. To my surprise, both were very good. The pizza was fresh and hot right out of the oven. The pasta was per made but also hot and tasty. I got a pitcher of beer that we both shared. It was fun, we both got full and enjoyed the lunch together. Highly recommend

I did a carry out and was a very nice experience. I’m an introvert so, I don’t like carry out. However, I wanted to go outside my comfort zone and test myself. I started to sweat when I placed the order online. It was seamless. I was actually ordering online while parked out front. After I paid online, it gave me a 15 min wait. So I waited for about 10. I get ansi. I wasn’t sure if I was going to cancel my order mid way, but I didn’t. Sweaty palms and all I was greeted with a smiling face. They were very respectful young men there that day. The kindly handed me my order an led I felt so accomplished. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I tried this before 1 year ago, and the person was rude and actually ignored me while he was at the cashier. Completely different crew today. Takes me about 15 mins to drive back home, but I figured why not stop at CCS for some Pharmacy Needs. After my splendid adventure, I arrived home after about 45 mins. I called my kids down and everyone had smiled. I rarely do something like this, they thought I was on my death bed and was trying to do wild things. I never had pizza that was perfectly crisp. The sauce was spread evenly, just as everything else, oh boy it was delicious! Thank you guys for helping me overcome my fears, making me feel welcomed. Your smile meant the world to me. This pizza box is sooo yummy!!!!

DO NOT TIP IN ANYTHING OTHER THEN CASH WHEN GETTING DELIVERY. THE RESTAURANT KEEPS IT FOR PROFIT AND DOES NOT GIVE TO EMPLOYEES OR DRIVERS. I was delivered the wrong order. No problem. Asked for them to resend the proper order. Again, the order was incorrect. They outsource orders to doordash. I asked both drivers if they received their tips that I left when ordering online. They said no. The manager confirmed the tips are considered extra money for the store. No employees or drivers receive it. I called the store to just ask for a refund. I uploaded photos of the incorrect order. They told me what I was given was correct. I sent pictures. They said they made it correctly. I sent pictures of previous pizzas they made thay were the correct order. They denied it was incorrect. I told them I would just do a charge back on my card. Please do not tip these thieves

Haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in years, didn’t even know they were still around, now I know why – tasteless dough, very average ingredients and way overpriced. Won’t be going back. To me, if you’re gonna buy a pizza (which is somewhat of a waste of money because it’s so darn easy to make a super high-quality pizza at home with just a little forethought so you have fresh dough) Domino’s is much higher quality and a way better value.

Recently Pizza Hut decided to start charging a service fee vs just raising prices. The joy of it is you don’t find out about it until you pay for your order.
To be honest, Pizza Hut pizza is not that great and with all the other choices for pizza that are reasonably priced with no service fees. Why go to Pizza Hut.
Dominos pizza is basically the same quality and cost a little less with no service fee.
I highly recommend we all put a stop to these type of fees by refusing to order from them and telling them via surveys or whatever we as consumers won’t put up with service fees when ordering from restaurants like Pizza Hut.

The pizza always comes exactly how I like it and even retains its flavor when reheated at a later date. Stuffed crust is a decent reason to keep on living to be honest, stuff is legendary. Delivery is always on time and the drivers are super friendly.

I think that this location has really changed for the better whatever you are doing. The food is better and the service is great. I would not have said this about 1.5-2 years ago as the pizza quality somehow dropped off a cliff and we stopped going. We decided to give it another try about a year ago and things were much better. Keep up the good work!

Our pizza was delivered burnt. We tried calling the store several times only to be either put on hold or hung up on by the employees who didn’t want to fix the situation. We have asked for a refund, but I can almost guarantee they’re going to try and offer store credit. I will never order from this location again. This isn’t the first bad experience we have had from this location in Ladera Ranch.

The group running this location gets out fast (relative to demand, obviously) with hot food, which makes all the difference in delivery pizza. It’s a wonderful indulgence every time, and that only happens when people working jobs they probably don’t love nevertheless put in the thankless work of making and delivering good food for total strangers.
