I’ve been to this Farmington Subway several times, probably 7 or 8 times and the sandwiches aren’t good. I keep thinking maybe I’m ordering the wrong one? I’ve now tried several different sandwiches and they are nothing special and disappointing.
Today I tried the cheese steak sandwich. Very little cheese, very little steak, hardly any vegetables. It was just a little bit of meat on a hoagie bun. UGH. Is it this Subway restaurant? Or are so Subway restaurants this way?

Something about this Subway just has a great vibe. As soon as i walked in the employees were very welcoming and took my order right away and did a great job. Very kind faces and among the most pleasant employees I’ve ever dealt with. Place is nice and clean too. I’ll keep this location in mind next time i desire a sub.

All their bread looked like it had been stepped on over and over. Employee toasted sandwich without even asking. I asked for my total and he just looked confused. Didn’t get a thank goodbye or nothing. I’m not looking for great service and food I was just expecting the employees to be respectful to customers tldr don’t go here. End result not so good

I would like to shout out to Hailey! We did an online order and got the order back and a few things got mixed up and the sandwiches were not quite right. Called the store and Hailey said to come back and she will get the sandwiches re made. Went back to the store and she re made them no questions asked. She made it so easy and nice and 100 percent made it right! That is good customer service and goes a long way!

I’ve always had a great experience at this store! They were very accommodating for food allergies when my son had them. I’m a former sandwich artist myself, so I’m a little critical of some subway locations, but this one is great!
3/15/25 UPDATE (7 years later):
Elroy is the man! You guys have a solid hire in him. What a thoughtful and considerate guy! He was so pleasant the way he interacted with my 6 year old son! He helped him navigate the options for his sandwich so well.
When we didn’t get drinks, he read my mind and anticipated the water cups I was about to ask for.
Like, seriously, the guy has got customer service nailed down!
10/10 would recommend!

I love the way the manager Elroy makes you feel welcomed every time you come in he seems to know everyone and remembers them all!!! Food was great and the atmosphere was pretty clean despite how busy they were!!! Love these people so much!!! ❤️

This is a good subway! On par with the ones in big truck stops… they are quick, generous with the sandwich fillings and are kind to talk to. Will return.
