Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Food is top notch quality especially love the birria tacos. Only downside is that it is a little pricey but again the food is quality so its worth it to me. This is not a table service restaurant – you can order at the counter or on i-pad devices when you walk in. Very clean and friendly staff.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was very impressed with this place. David gave great customer service and informed us about Taco Tuesday ( buy 1 get one free) so of course we ordered a ton of tacos. we had our tacos in 5 minutes or less! While we waited I check the place out a bit. The place is very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. We ordered a mix of the birria tacos, al pastor tacos, and Americana Tacos. My mom’s first words were ” my taste buds have died and gone to heaven” and I think that says it all. We will definitely be back!!! ☺️

Massive portions, so be careful when ordering. We did not, and paid the price, haha. I highly recommend the birria pizza, which even for a personal size is pretty big. With this item and with the rest, they do not skimp on toppings/fillings. It was filled with so much meat and cheese and flavor. I’ve had better consomé, though.
The taco meat was a little dry but good other than that. The burrito was absolutely HUGE. I saw that it was a 12-inch tortilla, and thought, “No problem; I’m a big eater”. Well, I didn’t anticipate them filling it until it was ready to burst. I weighed them and they were over TWO POUNDS! I was able to finish the rest of the food plus a few chips and salsa/queso, but only made it through half the burrito. Overall good stuff!

No consomé? I was excited to try this place, especially for their birria tacos. It’s not birria tacos without the consomé. When our order arrived, the consomé was missing. We were the first and only customers that day.
I went to the counter to ask about it, and they directed me to the fountain machine. I asked again, and they just gave me a puzzled look and even laughed as I walked back to my table. I checked the menu, and consomé was clearly listed with my order. I returned to the counter, pointed to it on the menu, and they simply said “no.” Unbelievable.
The birria tacos were actually good, even without the consomé, but the service ruined the experience for me. The poor communication, the dismissive attitude, and the lack of any apology make me hesitant to come back.

Morgantown seems to just have 5 star eats everywhere and Don Taco did not disappoint! Street Tacos, refried beans and rice all hit the spot. Mexican ground beef was the best I have ever had.

Went in because I had enough points for a free Appetizers. Had been trying to try the chicharron bites for over a month without luck until today. If you dont say Chicharron then the person up front wont know what you’re talking about. Even tho chicharron is fried pork belly, they dont understand “pork belly” when ordering. Typically Chicharron is smaller bites deep fried. The chicharron here is HUGE. Usually that would be a positive but not for the ratio of fat to meat. The chicharron is mostly fat and barely any meat. The flavor is okay could be seasoned more. ABSOLUTELY no crisp on the skin. These are pan fried or flash fried but not deep fried. For the wait and the price, Im very disappointed. Hopefully this was just a bad batch or the female worker lies about them ALWAYS being sold out. Also, the only appetizers you can get for free are chips and queso or salsa. Over phone was told I could use it on the chicharron bites but apparently not.

Recently visited Don Taco for the birria tacos, and ordered three birria tacos and a quesabirria. While the food and flavors were good, it was definitely quite heavy and greasy. I wish there were more veggies to balance it out. Additionally, the price was higher than expected.

SO good. The rice is so flavorful and I hate when restaurants put peas and other veggies aside from onion in rice and they don’t do that so I loved it. The elote was so so good I could eat that everyday. I got the shrimp street tacos and they were so good.
