Ordered a cheese pizza and it was just sauce and the onions, green peppers and cheese sprinkled on it . Call the store and was told that it comes like that and if I wanted cheese to order extra cheese. I’ve ordered it from different Subways and the put cheese on it. The pizza was also hard. Totally unacceptable.

Amazing customer service . I ordered online and they didn’t have the bread I wanted so I got a call as soon as I placed it and switched it out . Once I got there the man at the counter was polite and apologized for the mishap .You can tell he is a hard worker and puts the customers first .

Staff don’t speak English. I ordered a Veggie Delight but they have no idea what it is. I’ve been eating that at Subway for 30 years. Because they don’t speak English ordering is torturous. This is too much stress before lunch. I just walked out and went to Jersey Mike down the street. Don’t think I want to deal with this place ever again.

If you are a vegetarian you can get a Veggie Delight. It has a tiny amount of cheese. There is such a small amount of cheese you can barely taste it. Elsewhere I can get more cheese in substantial amount. I am a grown man more than 6 feet tall and the cheese serving is so minimal that I do not get sufficient protein. It’s one slice of cheese on a 6 inch and 2 slices on a 12 inch. Putting twice as much cheese would not be a big deal…a question of pennies. As a consequence of this poor quality and limited nutritious food, I eat elsewhere. I pay slightly more but I get three times the cheese and it feels much more satisfying.

My sandwiches were perfect however they are SEVERELY understaffed. They had over 5 people waiting in line at orders coming in from online and two employees one of which was training. I wish franchise owners would stop abusing their employees this is why people rather collect unemployment than work.

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. The place looks like its falling apart, the workers are discourteous and unfriendly and the food is not good at all. The bread was hard and tasted like it was sitting out there for days, the chicken breast was the same. If I were you, I would just head to the Subway that’s down the block on 40 ST and 130 AVE. That place is much better.
