We visited Moose Mountain Recreation to have lunch and go snow tubing. The food was excellent and the sledding hill was a lot of fun. The lodge itself was very nice and cozy. We can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a fun weekend adventure.

Moose mountain has always been my favorite disc golf course in the area. Although the restaurant was shut down a while back it’s now open and revived. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners the other day. Hard work and dedication will bring that property back to what it truly deserves. Come have a beer, throw a disc and maybe even some sledding this winter.

It’s so great to see Moose Mountain revived! We ate at the restaurant and loved the food; home cooked, good sized portions, and delicious. The space is really nice with tables, couches, a pool table and nice bar. Bonus live music last night as well! It’s a family business and they are still getting situated so be patient if they are a little slow with the food, the owner was very attentive and welcomes any feedback. We will go back and plan to give disc golf a try!

The Disc golf course here is a lot of fun for casual rounds. Really one of the most fun courses in the state. The course has lots of work being done to improve the grounds. Lodge is open for dinner and full bar, with nice bathrooms on weekend.

The Lodge Restaurant is beautiful and the food was good. Small amount of staff working, you need patience waiting for your order. Family events and over 21 events, disc golf, snow tubing and hiking trails.

A delightful trip down memory lane! The mountain is where our school ski trips were in the 70’s and 80’s. Now serving as a disc golf course and place to hike, it boasts a disc golf pro shop and a wonderful tavern with good food and drinks. Go see Molly, the proprietor and tell her Jay sent you!

Our first time visiting moose mountain, we were here In the winter just to hike and for the view, it is beautiful here. A quick walk to the top of the hill and we could even see Mt. Washington! Can’t wait too see what they offer the rest of the year!

My first experience with “The Moose” started as a teenager when the property was newly defunct as a ski area. We would hike up and snowboard down. In 2020 I visited again after all those years and it did not disappoint. My daughter and I played a round of disc golf and it was awesome. Last Spring I played a round with some old friends and what a blast it was! To date my only eagle I’ve scored in 1 1/2 years of disc golf occurred on hole 18. Everyone should come and “Shoot the Moose” if they get the chance. I look forward to my next round here! ***Update*** I played 2 rounds July 2022, -10 from the Green tees, Even Par from the blues. The course is even better than the last time!
