Extremely friendly staff, amazing sushi full of flavor, and the pricing does not hurt the wallet. Yama is my go to place for sushi. I always order the Godzilla Roll and it never disappoints! The toro is great as well!

I ordered miso, rice, and agedashi with salad. Very good. Had ginger ice cream for dessert. Was delicious! I reccomend it.

We have gone here twice now and each time, the experience has been phenomenal. Quiet, traditional setting with almost everything made from scratch. Miso soup was amazing, and their sushi lunch specials are super inexpensive and filling. At the end, we ordered the tempura ice cream which did not disappoint. We will be regulars here as long as we live in the area.

Surprisingly good place with a very unremarkable facade. 🙂 Looks like a typical roadside diner on the outside, but a very decent sushi restaurant inside. Their sashimi platter is good as well as selection of rolls and other items on the menu.

We have been in NJ for a year now and can’t find anywhere else within a reasonable distance to compete with this place. If your looking for sushi around mount holly, then you found it. The prices are in reason but the only down side is the service and upkeep inside.
I would say this place is on par with the sushi you can buy at shop rite. The only difference is you have a bigger selection at the restaurant.
Final conclusion I recommend if you don’t want to drive to mount laurel.
Ps. I still go to this place so it’s acceptable.

I just ate the best sushi I’ve ever had. I had their vegetarian option…OMG…tempura sweet potato roll and shiitake mushroom roll, amazing. The atmosphere is so peaceful and I love the interior design. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I gotta say on the outside you might hesitate to stop by, but the inside is very relaxing and comforting. I come here at least once every 2 weeks just because it’s my favorite Japanese restaurant with amazing and authentic food. My usual is gyoza with chicken katsu don. As for the salad that comes with, you NEED to try their homemade ginger dressing.
