I just got Subway coupons in the mail so I go to my local Subway in Sayville and they wouldn’t accept them. That’s ridiculous they don’t take Subway coupons. I know there own separate but you own A Subway so you should be taking your own coupons. Everyone else takes there own restaurant coupons. I’ll never go to the Sayville Subway again.

Used to be a great store, but something happened a few days ago that confuses me still. I placed an order for two subs, one a meatball sub and a grilled chicken sub with assorted veggies and teriyaki sauce that could last me two days. When I went there to pick up my order, there were 4 people waiting to place their order in-person and one single employee making the sandwiches for both the in-person and online orders. When I picked up my order, I realized she didn’t give me my 2 cookies. I went back into the store and she apologized to me while giving me my cookies (it sounds weird saying it in a review haha).
I wish I checked my sandwiches also, but when I went home my order was screwed in the weirdest way possible. One sub only had chicken, while the second one had EVERYTHING ELSE on it. I wish I took a picture, but at the time I shrugged it off and put the toppings on the correct sub since I was on a time crunch.
When I was picking up someone else’s order for a delivery service a day later, the store was closed an hour earlier than what it says on their door (closes at 9:30 on Mondays). I assume the same worker didn’t turn off the tablet they use to accept third party orders or something, but who knows anymore.

As a big fan of Subway, I was extremely disappointed yesterday when the two sandwiches I ordered came out with flavorless, stale bread, and instead of the pickles. I ordered, I had hot pepper. The fact that they would not except coupons was just icing on the cake. Will never go there again.

Does not accept physical coupons.
What’s the point of mailing them out??? Had to drive to another location. I understand franchises and their own rules and variations but if subway corporate is sending out coupons then those coupons should be honored or state that not all locations accept coupons.
BOHEMIA is super clean ACCEPTS coupons and good service!!! I plan on visiting BOHEMIA regularly.

Definitely last time ordering from here. Haven’t had Subway in years! We had placed an order through DoorDash and I get it. It’s just Subways, it’s just a sandwich. But the presentation was just sloppy.. by the time we took it home everything was everywhere. Sandwich directions were not followed. We ordered two items specifically and were given the wrong ones. Granted if you ran out you could’ve said something to us. Plus the girls were just rude.

The two girls at the counter were amazing. I dropped my soda everywhere and she mopped it up without complaint. Both girls were cheerful and friendly. The sandwich was great too!

Even though the food is typical of any subway, the owner of this particular Subway is a cheap skate. Ever since the owner changed years back, they don’t accept physical coupons and when there was a promotion (like on 7/11 to try their new 6″ Subway Series sandwich for free) they said they aren’t participating. And what’s annoying is on the app it says which stores are participating and it comes up this store is participating when in fact, they weren’t. So they lead you there to get something only to be told they aren’t a participating store. So you guys get 1-star for deceptive tactics and for the overall lack of customer-friendly service. Like the other reviewer said, go to the Subway in Bohemia instead.
