I’m shocked and for surely after this transaction that we are indeed a decided country. I go in here, 2 African American workers seemed nice….took my order my payment and then I topped them the only tip that they had been tipped in there box. I get my order. Me being a Caucasian male and a neutral one at that( I love everyone) and the worker obviously can tell I haven’t any upper teeth so it’s easy to see. My order was a cup of coffee and a avocado toast with bacon. Might I add I’ve never once gotten that same order with the bread being rock hard. After I had tipped them, they gave me an old piece of toast that had been cooked as hard as it could have been cool. All I could do is eat the avocado and bacon. My point being and after this review I’d hope that your workers are punished for showing um shall I say” there true colors”. Our youth is trying to separate us even further but I guess they just need to learn more. Have a great day

Probably the rudest experience I have ever had at a Dunkin. Didn’t even so much as acknowledge me and took 3 orders ahead of me when all they had to do was hand me my order that was a call ahead sitting behind the counter. Not sure what happened to the staff that used to work there prior COVID, they were great. This new staff needs to be retrained ASAP.

Manager of this location was very rude. Not sure what his name is. He is a black male, skinny. I was sitting at a table warming up because it was freezing cold outside. I was going to make a purchase but I was waiting for the line to dwindle down. It was busy that morning so I was waiting for the line to get shorter plus with social distancing requirements I decided to wait a few moments. He approached me and said very loud that I must make s purchase in order for me to sit there. I explained to him that I was going buy something but I’m waiting for a moment. I bought what I wanted and went back to my seat and enjoyed my sausage cheese n egg wrap and coffee. It was the way that the manager approached me. He said it loud so the entire store could hear what he said to me. Not the customer service expected at Dunkin.
I have returned to the same store several more times and I have not had any more issues with this particular manager. However, I was in a few days ago and he approached an African Ametican man of that was sitting at a table sleeping and with no coffee or food at his table. He approached him and lowered his voice and told him he must stay awake if he is going to sit in his restaurant. Hmm. He was not asked to leave or to make a purchase.

Shout out to Dante and the friendly team at Dunkin Donuts. I ran off and left my debit card on the counter yesterday only to realize later what I had done. I returned this morning fearing it was long gone and all that would come in replacing it. Imagine my joy to be met with a smile this morning when I returned to learn they found it and held it for me. Last time i went to a Dunkin Donuts inside Us Bank in Downtown Cincinnat, Oh. They got a New People working there doesn’t know what they doing with a Food and Drinks. The one Male Worker keep making drinks wrong over and over again and 5 drinks were made wrong for People wow that Worker should be Fired from that Place and rest of People couldn’t even made a Good Drinks at all they should need to be Fired and they’re are not Friendly expect the Lady is Friendly and helpful for Environment and correct People’s Drinks that Employees were made Drinks wrong for the Customers and other Employees don’t care about the Customers or Business all they care about a Paycheck. They’re lack of Customers Services, lack of Communication Services and lack of Quality Services of Involvement. I believe the Business is out of Control now and i felt sorry for one of Worker has to Correct other Employees mistakes over and over again Wow. They Place never been Clean or else. They treat People Bad and treating them like Trash. The Owner just don’t care about the Business or Fired the Employees not doing their Job right at all. I stop going there not now and can’t take it anymore of the lack Business Wow.

Rarely do I leave reviews for a place like Dunkin, but this particular location has the friendliest staff! There’s nothing special about the coffee or food of this particular location – a Dunkin is a Dunkin. But the people here all seem to get along with each other and have genuinely kind and thoughtful interactions with their customers. Their positive attitudes put me in a good mood in the morning.

The addition of coconut milk and oat milk has allowed me to enjoy coffee there again! I’m not lactose intolerant (cow sugars), but can’t have cow proteins, so that is super helpful!

Nestled in the corner of the building lobby, this chain has surprisingly good espresso for the price. Customer service is noteworthy for being helpful beyond merely serving donuts. Plenty of tables with good wi-fi
