Very stingy with their toppings. I asked for onions, she gave me 4 strings. I asked for more and she gave me 2 more strings. 6 leaves of spinach. 4 slices of pickles and 4 jalapenos. They don’t even have water in the soda machine. You have to buy a plastic bottle.

I wish I could review and not give any stars. They advertise their hours on the door & in maps, but if the staff doesn’t feel like staying, they close 1-1.5 hours early. Of course, we should’ve taken that as a sign. The next day, we went & the lady’s attitude was extremely unpleasant. Plus, she literally had one job & couldn’t do it right. She informed us (almost in English) they were out of the bread we wanted (with no apology)-& this was at noon! So, we switched & she piled all the meat and cheese in one place on the bread so that there was 1 inch + of just bread on the ends of a 6″ sub. There was no soda we wanted or any straws. Again, no apology, & I was told to wait until she was done so she could get me a straw.
The weirdest part, was when the owner came in and opened the cash register and he actually kissed the money as he removed it – you can’t make this stuff up.

I use to be a big fan of this subway for years going at least once a week but in the last 6 months the quality has really gone down hill. The herb and cheese bread has barely any cheese on it, if you ask for spinach or tomato you get 5 tiny pieces and when you ask for extra they’ll put one piece of tomato or 3 leaves or spinach. Not to mention the fact that they slice the produce paper thin to begin with. On top of that it seems like half the time the bread isn’t even baked all the way. Get better!! You use to have great service.

I’ve always loved the fresh sandwiches at Subway. I particularly like the independent feel of each restaurant. The Subway on Meeting Street in Charleston SC is no different. My wife and I arrived about 30 minutes before closing and Greg treated us as if we were his first customer of the day. The food is always fantastic but I have to point out how Greg made an already fantastic experience even greater. Thanks Subway and thank you Greg. We will definitely be back.

The sandwich is fine as always, but this new Indian lady is very rude and constantly rushes my orders and doesn’t listen to my requests.
She got upset at me multiple times as I tried to tell her how I wanted my sandwich done. Sorry, just assumed it was your job.

Ordered food on the app, said it would be ready about 7:50. Got to the restaurant and they had already closed. It looked like they had been closed for a while. The sign and app said they closed at 10 p.m. . Apparently other people have had the same issue with this particular subway after reading reviews. They need to either shut down, or get their act together.
