this was the worst ordering experience I have ever had. The person attending was in training but she lied when she got behind and to make matters worse, as she was making my food it dropped onto the serving rack instead of making it over she just scooped up everything off the dirty bar and plopped it right back into my bowl . the bowl looked like something you serve a dog and it ended up being $16. I will never in my life return to this restaurant and I was speechless as to the rudeness and incompetency shown here today. If I could give a zero star I would.

I ordered a take out for a pizza and a sub , I got there 10 minutes early and the girl handed me my pizza and sub. The pizza was so cold ! I had to heat it up in the microwave! The cheese wasn’t even melted at all. Definitely will not order for myself here again!

This is the messiest and unprepared for service that I have ever seen in a subway. The counter was littered from previous sub customer orders and the workers were bickering the whole time. It was crazy. I was just glad to finally get my sandwiches so I could leave.

I just left the Liberty location. And it was absolutely horrendous. I suppose I should’ve read the reviews before going because I seriously regret it. I walk in expecting my order to be ready considering I placed my order online and it had a pick up time of 20 mins. But nope it wasn’t. They were in the back goofing off and when I went up to the counter looking at my receipt without food. The girl was like oh my bad. Like there is 3 of yall and I’m still having to wait. WTH. The restaurant was disgusting. No customer service. That’s the sad part about subway being independently operated. Because some people suck at being owners and should just hang up the apron. Don’t waste your money or time.

Would give negative stars if there was an option. They were out Philly steak, bread, parmesan, pepper, and when paid didn’t have any change to give back when paying with cash. There attitude was horrible, like they didn’t care they was out of things and didn’t tell us up front before ordering what they was out of we had to change our order.

I’ve grew up on subway. Im practically loyal to it than other sandwich shops and I’ve tried many. Only been living here in Liberty for last 5 years and I could account for more bad experiences than good at this location. By far the worst one I’ve experienced. Sometimes the place is filthy. I’ve ran into some instances when it’s only just one person working there. Most of the time they’re always out of this, that and the third. Recently witnessed one of the workers respond with an attitude to who I believe was a manager whose kid was right there waiting on her mom to leave. Then over hear the worker trying to make small talk with the others like she was trying to justify her emotions. From reading reviews I think this town is in agreement that this subway is terrible. Politeness only goes so far. If you’re out of product, why not go next door to food lion and restock. Use to do that from time too time when I worked at Denny’s. Not saying the workers don’t know how to do their jobs, but the lack of running a “tight ship” definitely shows and the atmosphere just speaks incompetent, careless, and unethical. I am surprised this place is still running, and how so many negative reviews hasn’t got the attention of corporate and start an investigation. But I won’t be surprised if this place did get shut down. Sucks to live in a town with only so much to offer and a well known restaurant around the world has probably one of the worst right here in Liberty. Like where’s the pride, where’s the drive to do better and the stride for excellence. It can’t be that hard to turn this place around. I work at the new battery plant and in the Japanese culture they practice “kaizen” which means continuous improvement. I think some one needs to get in there and give a few pointers, because anyone can make a sandwich but to operate a business efficiently seems like it’s rocket science and to complex for the employees. It’s like there’s no vision, respect and honor. That’s the perspective this place gives off. Where’s Gordon Ramsey at when you need him?

Never had any issues with hospitality coming here until recently. Kid behind the counter seemed more interested in just chatting with customers than anything. Sat there and waiting for someone to take my order and she’s busy chatting with another person. Boss texted while I was standing there asking me to come in so I was in a hurry to grab and go. Taller man comes in behinds me and she instantly went to him then turned around and was like “Oh, you, what can I get you?” I immediately said nothing and just walked out. Never again!
