The food was actually really good. Prices comparable.
To order, go to the counter and order. Then go into the dining room. They bring the food to your table. Drinks are self-serve. Pepsi products. The tea seemed like it had been there all day.
No one was working in the dining room. Tables needed cleared. Some of that could be because of the time of day. We were there around 730pm.
The food came out very hot and fresh. The fries, chicken, and tator tots were cooked in fresh, clean oil. Burgers were cooked to order. We ordered the “Our Burger” cooked medium.

Had a great experience at my visit! Alicia was very attentive to our table and was absolutely wonderful and pleasant. The food was fantastic, it came quick and was hot and delicious. Would definitely return!

Food was great when I actually got it. Pretty ridiculous that a shake that’s not even full, and cheese curds take 10-15 minutes to make. The lack of communication between the team really kills it for me, with tickets being tossed and no one saying anything. I waited for my food well after 3 people who ORDERED AFTER ME got their food and were halfway done with it.

My son and I walked here from Stoney Creek Inn because the hotel didn’t have any food or silverware for their “continental breakfast.” I wasn’t really hungry and a lot of places won’t let you order a kids meal – they did and I appreciated it so much. They let you hit the starbucks in the store and bring that in. I was a little confused about how to order – you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The people who were working were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was great! I loved the pancakes – we had extras and my son ended up eating them plain on the car ride home!

The service was good except my daughter didn’t get a soda refill and my wife and I had to pour our own refills. The extra small plates were dirty with little hard pieces of food on them. We didn’t need then anyway, so just moved them to the side. The root beer was very sweet and tasty. I liked it. So did my son. I just tried a drink because my daughter originally asked for root beer but hated it. Didn’t mind, too much, to pour our own refills. The food, not so good. The chicken wings had so many hair like feathers sticking out of them. The sweet potato tots were very squishy. The Jenn’s Chicken Sandwich was very bland, even with the onions, and the bun was so soggy. I tasted mostly Romaine lettuce with each bite. I had to remove the chunky ends of the lettuce to make it better. The kids thought the chicken tenders and fries were good. The side salad was okay. None of us want to ever go there again. We gave a 20% tip, but without getting refills and with some guy bringing us the food, I’m not sure giving a tip was even necessary.

I came from Az to visit my mom here in Quincy Ill last year and found out there was a Wahlburgers here a so I had to go and try it . It was the best hamburger I have ever ate, I had to go back before I left. I am here again visiting and can’t wait to eat there again. I wish they would build one in Gilbert Az.

Seriously probably the worst burger I’ve ever had and on top of that some of the toppings were missing…no bacon and no grilled onions. Very disappointed…is the burger patty steamed??? ♂️
