This is ridiculous..i called and placed an order at 6:21 pm at huddle house in Washington and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Well I came in to get it probably 5 minutes later that what they told me to give them extra time. When I walk in i see them moving our order back further even though it was in front of others. I stood at the register for a good 5 minutes before anyone helped me but yet the waitresses were standing around talking to each other not doing anything as far as customers service goes. 7:05 and I’m still sitting here waiting and they just now started cooking our food. I swear this is the slowest restaurant in town.

Took the waitress at least 15 minutes to even acknowledge our existence. When she finally did ask what we wanted for drinks it took her anothe 10 minutes to make them. She was the only waitress and there was a cook. There was only one other party in there when we went in. After she brought out drinks we sat waiting for another 34 minutes to have our order taken. Cook never offered to take our order either. The waitress took forever to cash out the other party. She was counting on her fingers. We ended up leaving without ordering. We will NEVER be back to this location.

Great customer service but the location was super busy. Staff was overwhelmed. Food was good and filling. Nothing spectacular. Variety of the menu was anazing. Two thumbs up for that! Prices seemed slightly higher than the competition.

We decided to break up our trip home and stopped at the Huddle House in Washington. While busy there were still 5 vacant tables and no one sitting at the counter. There were 3 waitresses and a cook. They were friendly but it took over half an hour after ordering to get a BLT with fries and a stuffed hash brown. It was definitely one of the slowest meals I ever ordered.

During Hirricane Irma Evacution my family went there for breakfast.
We all ordered i adked how much was coffee the waitress said it was $1.89 then the lady standing at the cash register says no its $2.09 ok so yall are gonna change prices as folk order i thought in my mind i still ordered the coffee a couple cents diffrence….i had ordered THE BIG HOUSE PLATTER told the waitress i wanted the gravy on the side we sat there for about 45 minutes waiting patiently for our food i seen the cook preparing our meals and they where all TO Go he put tgem all on plates tgen the waitress noticed the mistake and told the cook no theses where for to go ok so the cook puts the food in to go boxes and again the waitress notices my plate had GRAVY slathered on it when the gravy was to be put on the side she tells the cook and he tells her well the gravy is EXTRA i said EXTRA how is the gravy Extra when it comes on top of the meal and it does not say in the menue pricing the gravy is Extra i said no i did not want Extra Gravy i wanted the Gravy on the side so the cook gets Mad and says well and shrugs his shoulders we walked out and the waitress comes running outside and says my manager says if the gravy was a problem she will take that off the price and i said once again i did not want Extra Gravy i wanted the Gravy put on the side!
Thats OK WE WILL EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT ANOTHER HUDDLE HOUSE!

This place is a joke on night shift, stopped tonight waited 40 minutes and they hadn’t started our food, Noone was in the store when we walked in and ordered. The employees were just standing around like we don’t know what to do.
