This location is the nicest Popeyes I have ever been to. When I entered I was immediately greeted happily with a smile and good attitude. The cashier took my order efficiently and correctly. My food came out fairly quick especially for a Popeyes and it was all correct and very good, they were also very friendly when they gave it to me. The interior is also very nice and clean.

This Popeyes had a bit of a shaky start, but they’ve truly come a long way. The chicken is consistently good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. You can really tell there’s been improvement and effort put into the experience. Keep up the great work!

I have never had such back luck with this place! Orders are always taken wrong; many times I have had to go back inside to have them fix my order. ENGLISH ISN’t TOO DIFFICULT TO BE UNDERSTOOD!!! By the way, your over price chicken should have better customer service!!!

The lady cashier seen my family of four walk in and decided to make orders without greeting us. A guy came to take order a few minutes later. Then, we waited literally ten minutes for our order to get prepared. One would think the food would be fresh. Wrong. The food was luke warm at least. We were also missing a mango lemonade and red beans and rice. When my husband mentioned what we were missing to the lady cashier, she told someone else to figure out what he wanted. In addition, we had to wipe down our own table. This was a terrible experience and a waste of $40. None of us ate all of our food.

Hello there I like Popeyes but yesterday I went to go get me some lunch dinner an the lady said that some spice legs was coming out in about 12 mins did I want to wait was sort of in a rush so I said no give me something else so instead of saying some fresh fresh chicken was coming up in 12 mins which I would’ve stay to get she gave me some old old looking chicken which I didn’t see until I got all the way home in Greensboro. U say that was my fault cool I learned a valuable lesson yesterday to start checking my food better R just find somewhere else to eat out at cuz I was upset but didn’t want to drive back to Burlington to get my Popeyes Chicken so from here on out I would just wait till I get home to get my lunch and dinner from here on out and I got to watch them pick out my chicken to see what they’re giving me.

Absolutely horrible experience, not surprised after going and looking at the reviews. ordered a doordash PICKUP and was there in under 10 minutes. i ordered a gallon of sweet tea, they gave me half sweet tea half lemonade in one bag and sweet tea in the other. the chicken tenders i ordered were also skinny enough to see through (2/3 pieces) and gave blackened ranch instead of buttermilk.

Have eaten here three different times, the portion sizes are always overwhelmingly small. I have had a poor experience with service as well, with employees being rude or condescending about the menu items. Twice I’ve ordered menu items through the app and said they don’t carry them, even though one of the items I have received from there previously. I understand food service is not the easiest work so I take most things with a grain of salt- but it’s ridiculous that it happens consistently. On top of everything it always takes 20+ minutes to get my food.

I went through the drive thru line and ordered. After I payed, the guy asked if I could pull up and it was 2 minutes on fries. I pulled up and waited for 15 minutes and then parked and went inside. The young lady at the counter told the guy that the lady he pulled up is inside and she needs her food. I told her I was only supposed to be waiting on fries. She apologized and said they gave me a free Cole slaw. It was outdated and I threw it away. I did not receive my 4 Biscuits and they gave me a small fry. They messed up my entire order. The chicken was the only thing they got right, because it was fresh. I honestly don’t eat out like that, but if i decide to eat out again, I won’t eat there.

Placed my order in the drive-thru. Waited for 30 mins after being told to pull up. Had to go back to the window and the worker said “oh yeah, let me make your order”. So what was going on for the past 30 mins??? On top of that the order was wrong and not even hot. Worst Popeyes ever.
