Ordered a build your own burrito for pick up. Protein was supposed to be chicken. What we got: 7 tiny cubes of chicken (see pics – 3 cubes in one half, 4 in the other), a cup of rice, possibly a table spoon and a half of pinto and black beans, some overcooked veggies and dated guac. I’m gracious giving them 2 stars for the food. Like many other QSRs, appears that Qdoba is trying to maintain their pricing but cutting corners on quality. Bad move. Very disappointing.

Avery and team rocked. First time here. Really good. Clean, open, nice music. Good portions and decent prices.

My to-go orders are always ready at the pick up time. I’ve always experienced kind and prompt customer service. Love their hot and sweet chicken and fresh ingredients that they offer. The inside is always nice and clean. The price is reasonable for the bowl portions!

Pros: Free burrito with purchase of entree and drink.

Cons: Online delivery order. $5 delivery fee. Request for a tip.

$12+ for burrito.

Total with “free” burrito – $22.

Burritos are the size of an appetizer.

And yes, I gave the driver a cash tip (over 20%).

Taste okay but no way worth the price.

Never again.

I get the same thing at every Qdobe I go to and this location is the only one that seems to have a problem with it. I get the nachos with chips on the side and last time I went the lady put so much rice in it that there was no room for anything else and this time the lady (different lady) put a half scoop of queso for the nachos and I had to tell her that this was nachos and that was not correct and she tried push bad about it. I finally got her to put another little scoop of queso. I will not be going back to this location again.

Chipotle bows down in the presence of the boss playa; yes, Qdoba is the boss playa in this sector.

Ford was well presented, warm, flavorful & exquisite. My tastebuds were up and working trying to differentiate between all these wonderful flavors.

Service was what one would expect.

Atmosphere is clean and relaxed.

I’d drive 10miles pqst Chipotle on a icy road to get me some Qdoba meals.

PS: What does Qdoba mean though?

For a tasty Mexican meal, and in a hurry, and casual dining, this place ticked the boxes. The shrimp in Lime, was great. Actually all food was great, and well priced.

They fell a star short because they failed to tell me getting both flavors of their queso costs extra, otherwise a pleasant experience.

All you need to know is that all other Qdoba locations have to follow this restaurant as an example or at least strive to be like the management of this location!

Here your dollar is respected and don’t skimp on the portions, this is what is to be expected when it comes to paying a premium, we need to get what we pay for!

Great staff! It feels welcoming, but I can’t say so much for the Arlington, TX location though, they severely fall short of making customers feel comfortable.

I normally get Chipotle but I was in the area and decided to stop by. Burrito lacked flavor. It just tasted bland. I got a Chicken burrito w/ pinto beans, white rice, mango salad, and hot sauce.

The service was good but in my opinion the food is not worth coming back for.

I just dumped our first (and last) Qdoba delivery order into the garbage disposal where it belongs!

We ordered (2) Create Your Own Quesadillas and (1) 3-Cheese Queso & Chips. What we got was a soggy, greasy, unsavory looking pile of tortillas, overcooked meat, vegetables and cheese. A $30.70, inedible glob.

Everything, including the queso, was much too spicy. To me, it was the same as medium to hot in other Mexican restaurants. The chips were good, but not special.
