The bread was so stale and hard on both subs we got yesterday that we could not even bite into much of the bread for fear of breaking our teeth. When I called the store to report the old, stale, hard bread needed to be replaced , Cameron replied “that is how it is, some days the bread comes out good…others days not.” We will not order or eat there again until something is changed. Sad because we like to support our hometown businesses. No manager was there to report the issue too, and he said she would not be in or available for days. Owners: Help this restaurant before it self-destructs.

Slow, slow, slow. Not joking, don’t be in a hurry when eating here. The staff mopes around like they are serving a prison sentence. The food is great and the place is mostly clean (nothing sticks out).

Maybe don’t scream at me when I walk in the door that’s you’re closer at 6pm when you have a sign on the door that says you’re doing takeout. Lady with the dark hair “don’t know her name” needs to watch her tone with customers. I work in hospitality and if I spoke to a customer like that I’d be fired on the spot…

Got my sub and it was overloaded. When the lady made it it didn’t look so bad. When I unrolled the sub from the wrapping it all fell apart. My tuna was spilling out. The cucumbers that they had out looked old. They were turning into the yucky brown color. I was disappointed this time around. Usually it’s fine but today was just flat out horrible.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese footlong on Italian. The guy didn’t even bother heating up the meat or the eggs on it and he throw six pieces of cheese in one spot and one piece of cheese and another if they do not know how to work and do their job right they should be fired and get the place straightened up. Every time I go there it’s downhill and it’s going downhill quick. I think it sucks and I would never buy there again so get them boys that’s lighting their loafers on up out of there

Is this even a subway? No Italian herbs bread ever, certain meats and toppings always missing, rare occasion to find cookies (god forbid they’re fresh if you come in the evening) and not to mention workers act like they hate their lives (probably do I would too with nothing in stock ever)

Placed a mobile order they apparently couldn’t find my order, the lady that I asked about my order was very disrespectful and rude and didn’t help me at all. After I told her the money was out of my account and I placed the order for that specific location she just kept shutting me down and not letting me speak. So now I’m out 23 dollars with no food. Very disappointed and disrespected will never return to this location.

Well I just left. I walked in no one in line. Guy asked me if I had an online when I stated no. He said it would be a 20 min wait. Not sure how you turn in store customers away for remote orders. So I went to gas station for lunch, they had no issue taking my money.

On 12/12 I purchased a turkey wrap. It was less than six inches in length and contained three pieces of turkey, two pieces of cheese, three pickles and four pieces of peppers. When I questioned the amount of food and size of the sandwich, I was told that I was supposed to fill the wrap with the other ingredients. I could not even see the rest of the ingredients as lids were on them. Additionally, the young server was extremely rude and nasty to both of us. She was the one who made the rude comments. The worst experience at any Subway that I have ever had.
