I went to there for first time since the Asian Market said that foods are good. The cashier wasn’t really friendly or welcome. He is a little weird and something is off about him. He didn’t write or show me the amount or didn’t give me the receipt. I decided to don’t go there back again. The staffs didn’t say hello to welcome. Hope it is not too much salty. Prices are expensive. I find this hair with foods….. Not much noodles there…

Ordered DoorDash from here for lunch while at work sight unseen. Messed up my rice for my lobster sauce which throws the whole lunch off but the sauce had great flavor and was not just dark sauce and hamburger chucks which is hard to find.

We have been eating here for Years. The food is consistent. The owners and cooks are the same.
Mandarin Cafe is a hidden gem of a restaurant. The quality of food is great and the portion sizes are generous and the ingredients are top-notch.
Lately we have been ordering the Veggie Dumplings and the Kung Pao Tofu. The dishes are an absolute treat.
The restaurant itself is just a small kitchen with a few tables and chairs – you do get to see the chefs hard at work behind the counter.
Conveniently located in a strip mall on route 9 in Natick, Mandarin Cafe accepts online ordering with a very comprehensive menu. This is my new favorite fast food, Sunday order in, comfort Chinese food restaurant.

Always delivery, they are always on time & hot food. I only wish they were a full service restaurant. The crabragoons best EVER ♥️ loaded with delicate cheese & best delicate flakey wrap & cooked to perfection VS rubbery & chewy or unsightly like other places that look like plucked chicken skin sadly & with hardly any only skimpy delightful filling. The duck sauce is delicious of apple fruit notes. The vegetable springrolls are delicate & made homemade in house & are delicious, tender & in a delicate delicious flaky wrap full of delicate seasoned perfectly cabbage mostly. I called them to compliment & to say thank you for their great food & consistency of service however after saying that compliment, the woman hung up on me sadly before I could strongly suggest to please add thin sliver carrots & tiny broccoli floret bits to their delectable springrolls for nutricious delicious perfection. I do highly recommend patroning as overall their food is delicious & service consistently reliable. Enjoy !!!!!♥️

Worker at front gave attitude when I asked for utensils (rolled his eyes), and we found a piece of hair with the follicle in our beef chow foon. Taste was good but very disappointed and grossed out.

Ordered delivery. Food arrived fast. Peking noodle was overly salty. I threw away. Tangy and spicy sauteed green beans had very little flavor and were not tangy or spicy. – and expensive at $15. Again with hunan crispy chicken-visiually looked good, but really flavorless. Crab rangoon and fried chicken wings were good. Dont believe the tag line on their website “Discover Authentic Chinese Flavors at Mandarin Cafe Natick” Wont go back

I would say yay big proportions! But then it becomes clear very quickly that they are trying to get rid of bad food fast. The rice tasted and smelled like burnt plastic so I had to toss it. The ribs were rough and dry and the chicken finger when I bit into it literally wouldn’t rip apart, was so dry and old. I’m disgusted and won’t be going here again

This is more of a take out place. They turned around our order in record time. My husband’s hot and sour soup was good but watery. He said his fried dumplings were good but there was only 6 when he usually gets 8 for the same price at Mandarin Westborough. I appreciate they indicate on the menu what is gluten free but I don’t believe it was actually gluten free since I got really sick. The seafood with tofu soup was disgusting. Huge blocks of tofu in a bland egg drop base with unidentifiable things including a fake crab with the texture of raw dough. I think that is what may have poisoned me. The chicken and veggies was ok. Won’t be back.
