One of the best chickens I’ve ever had. The only downside is that it’s nothing but a fast-food place. They take up to 30 minutes to give you an order. They should hire bilingual staff, and staff who actually know how to do their jobs. I don’t know why management doesn’t care about the customer.

Waited in line 30min at the drive through . Finally ordered and got raw chicken no biscuit and the order was wrong . Never going back . They will probably kill someone unless they change their ways. I hope they get it together soon for everyone’s sake.

Sat in the drivethrufor over 20 minutes and no one took my order. I had to call the road runner just to get someone to take my order. Even after i called I waited another 10 minutes and still no one ever took my order. This is ridiculous, some people are disabled and can’t get out to go inside. I watched 3 other people behind me leave before I gave up and left too. I truly don’t understand how you all are even still open. If you’re thinking about coming here don’t, it’s a waste of your time.

Terrible they take 1 order at a time and do 1 order at a time and what ever they wanna do before they give you your food they will do .. it’s literally a long line only because the old lady’s want it to be there not even tryna give food out they literally are in slow motion cause they wanna be . Soda machine has no flavor now for 2days that I know of it’s a time consuming wait here for no reason when you go here you’ll see what I mean by no reason the food good tho just not the service or the drinks for that matter
