What keeps me coming back to Subway at 365 Boston Post Rd. in Milford? It’s not because they paid professional athletes to be in their commercials, it’s not because someone with a marketing degree came up with a new name for a club sandwich. It’s not even because the sandwiches are the best.
Here’s why:
1. Subway is the convenience store of sandwich shops. There are Subways located inside some convenience stores and there’s convenience inside a Subway store. It’s quick, easy, and unless you live in Antarctica, there’s probably a Subway near you.
2. The service at this location is great. Every sandwich artist I’ve dealt with was friendly, made my sandwich exactly how I ordered it and overall very pleasant. Thanks!
3. It’s reasonably priced. Look, the days of $5 footlongs are over. They have been for some time. But when you compare Subway prices to other sandwich shops, I think it’s fair to say you get a good value.
Bottom line is this, don’t go to Subway for the best sandwich you’ve ever had in your life. Go to Subway because you want a fast, convenient, and friendly place to grab a satisfying meal.

I got a few sandwiches to take out on Saturday afternoon around 3pm, and it was awesome! The food was great and the two young ladies behind the counter were super friendly.

So this is my neighbor, Subway…. I’ve never had a problem there till today and it’s not the service, the service is fine.…………It’s the vegetables , today Lettuce was brown , spinach was wilted tomatoes look like they came out of an icebox nothing was appetizing, but I took the sandwich anyways I hope this is not a trend for the store , anybody could have a bad day

The staff didn’t clean the meat cutting equipment and an inspector told the whole store this. Embarrassing to say the least. The bathroom wasn’t too clean either.

I walked into the subway at around 2:10 pm and one guy was paying and another woman was picking up an order. No other customers in sight, one of the employees a younger boy was filling up the dressings and pulling out recently baked cookies. The other employee a younger woman was counting receipts from the cash register. At any time did they ever acknowledge my presence. When I asked them when they were taking my order, they said “we will but we are busy” so I replied “I feel totally ignored, you should have at least responded with good manners”. After that they continued to do their tasks, two minutes later the boy stated “I should have been gone by now” so I replied “I’ll go somewhere else”. In which he then responded “I would prefer you do”. From then on I walked out of the subway without any food. I will NEVER recommend or go back to this place.

I haven’t been to this Subway location in years! The atmosphere is very nice. So clean and well kept inside. The young man who served me was very friendly. The bread could’ve been fresher. I just didn’t like that every time I took a bite..the bread crumbled.

It’s a Subway. But, It’s never busy. Kinda like a hidden Subway Gem. Haha I have 3 Stars just because it’s a regular Subway, nothing fancy. Clean and ordinary. Open till 10:00 pm.

Love this Subway… there’s a young guy there with dark hair who is really good at his job… he gets the order right every time, very pleasant and provides the quality of service above what a subway typically offers… there’s also a young red head guy who is really good at his job too… I drive out of my way to order from this subway for the exceptional service!

I placed an order for my husband’s lunch earlier in the day and when my husband went on his break to pick up his food, it was not there. I checked my app and it said the food was picked up! The employees told my husband we would be refunded but didn’t take any information down to refund. I just called the store and no one answered. I will be reporting this store to corporate as well as the consumer protection agency. Stay away from this location!!!!
Update: 45 minutes after my scheduled pick up time I got an email saying my order is almost ready? It had an estimated pick up time an hour after my original time. I let my husband know and he came to pick it up and it was there.
