I paid around $22, found a hair in my food, and when I asked for a remake, they wanted to charge me again. Requested the manager, who was in the back for over 15 minutes. Unable to wait on my lunch break, I left the meal at the counter, took a photo to show my husband, and walked away. Despite contacting customer service about the overcharge and the hair in my meal, they ignored my concerns. Will not waste my money on this place

Literally pulled off in the parking lot as they were closing to take a phone call.
As I pulled in, a male employee was yelling belligerently from the door that they were closed, multiple times, shouting, I chose to roll up my window and remain parked where I was to finish up my phone call, but the gentleman continued to yell in a rude manner.
As I was pulling out to leave, because I was uncomfortable being there any longer, the male employee (who had gotten inside of his car) honked at me as crossed the back of his car on my way out. And he sped off probably 10-15 over the limit, and the individuals in the car he was joking around with before, stared me down as they passed me (I believe they were also employees).
Just an overall really aggressive and useless interaction.

My meat is always burnt no matter when I go. I love chipotle and always enjoyed getting some for a quick protein filled dinner but whenever I go my chicken and steak is always burnt and tastes bad. Today I went again and got a burrito that was so small it fit in the palm of my hand. Super bummed because I’ve loved other chipotles but this isn’t worth the money.

Food was great! Spicy for the kids though. The service wasn’t good at all though. They rushed us through making our food and there was no line behind us. I neededa lid and stood there 10 minutes while workers walked past me.. and again wasn’t busy.

Some of the workers put 2 small scoops of rice in the burrito bowls and act like it’s an inconvenience to fill it up more when you ask for
more. One worker only added a couple small scoops of rice after I asked if I could get more rice. It’s not that hard to put rice in a bowl. I’d prefer to have the bowl full so it’s worth the price.

Man I love Chipotle but this place does not have their stuff even remotely organized yet. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:10. Showed up at 7:10 and walked up to the counter. Said “hi I’ve got a mobile order for Ryan.” The employee responded with “not ready yet.” And then turned around and walked away. No further explanation. I figured, hey they’re busy I can wait a few minutes. I waited until 7:45 and still hadn’t received my food. There were at least 3 other people there who I talked to who had been there for 20+ minutes as well. The line at the drive through looked like it was shortening so I went outside and picked up my food in my car. I ordered my drink without ice and as I was driving away, the employee at the window said “who the **** gets a drink without ice?” No big deal normally, just frustrating after waiting for so long. To top off this terrible experience, food was cold by the time I finally got it. Chipotle should be disappointed in the way their business is currently being run. Pathetic.
Edit: Since I originally posted this, the team has managed to get their stuff together. The portions are much better and the service is kinder. Employees seem to be more at ease and less stressed as well. There are still some cleanliness issues and they are occasionally out of sides but all in all, it seems to be a regular old Chipotle now.

I wanted to eat chipotle after the gym but the staff informed me that they closed 30 minutes before 11 pm I was there at 10:30 it is specially listed it closes 11 pm on the door and on the website this is just a total mess.

Arrived 15min after they were supposed to be open, only to discover they were still closed. There were about 5 employees inside, doing prep work that I assume is usually done before opening. Opted to wait to see if they would open soon, and ended up waiting 5min before giving up and leaving.
While I was waiting I saw a FedEx delivery man pull up, walk up and knock on the door with a package, only to have every single employee inside ignore him. He waited about a minute before leaving with the package. I get them not being ready for customers yet, but not a single employee could even be bothered to pick up a package?
I returned another time and the burrito was the smallest I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. Overall a real disappointment. Will not be returning to this location. There are far better options for Mexican in this town.
