This has been the worst experience ever!
From the moment we walked in to pick up our order it was horrible. Place was dirty and hot employees were rude. We ordered $100 dollars worth of food that got myself, My daughter and my husband waking up in the middle of night stomach pain, throwing up and number #2! Not only did I miss work today but my kids missed school as well! My daughter mentioned that her wings were under cooked and when we checked boy were we disappointed!!!! We’ll be calling corporate!

We were greeted kindly and were helped by two friendly employees. They let us know they were training an employee and the transaction went smoothly. I have always been passing this tiny location and finally made it ! Recommend!

When I came to this store there was no one at the front. I had to wait for the cashier to get off of her phone which took over five minutes. A girl took my order, I believe her name was aimee and when she handed me my food my boneless wings were cold? A few of them that were warm were chewy and overall unappetizing. She also forgot to give me my side of fries. My experience was just my horrible. As I was waiting for my food I saw a roach crossing the counter. this is absolutely outrageous

Order quality has gone so low it’s sad. Won’t be ordering again. They pass out crumbs as actual wings and in reality only give you about 70% of your order. I understand raising prices but when you mess with the quality of the food then it’s just trash and deserves no more repeat customers.

I don’t generally like wings, but I happened to be in the mood and so I decided to grab some Onion Rings and Wings. I’m so glad I decided to have some today, we were happily greeted immediately and order taken.
The food was perfect! The Onion Rings are probably my favorite appetizer, these weren’t soggy and floppy but they werent burnt either. Just perfect! I generally don’t get wings often because they’re always super greasy, but these were perfectly seasoned and weren’t dried out. While we were waiting I just so happened to take a look at the reviews because I was a bit taken aback by the great service. This is why I decided to leave a review, seeing some of the negative reviews made me feel the need to leave a good one. If you ever crave BWW and want a quick in and out order, this needs to be the one you come too!

The order was cold. The sides we got were ridiculous. They charged about $7.50 for a shareable size of onion rings, and this is what we got. No type of excuse, apology, or notice that they didn’t have any (if that was the case). I can count how many there were in one hand.

I enjoy Bdubs. One of my go tos for wings. I placed a delivery directly from the bdubs app. And these girls at the restaurant gave my order to the wrong driver. They made me go thru the process to contact DoorDash when I didn’t even place my order thru DoorDash. What was so hard to just remake my order. Should’ve gotten her name. Latina with the spicy attitude. lol if you ain’t happy working there go study a career.

I got my takeout link here since they have good deals on the app. They do a good job serving on time if you place a order ahead. However, the staff are the worst. They all hide back in the kitchen and they ignore you. Even when you call them out loud obnoxiously, and you know they hear you they will not come out.
