Family owned restaurant at the KOA. Open 7 to 11 and 4pm to 8pm. All espresso drinks, coffee and soda. Their green chili is hand made and was 4 years in the making, so get anything that has it. Try it with fries! Shout out to Amy who had a smile and a welcome every morning, knew my order and gave great advice for day trips. Nice patio with both sun and shade areas. Warm muffins in the morning with coffee start the day perfectly.

Everything we ordered was so so good! We had the ricotta filled toasted ravioli with marinara, Philadelphia Cheesesteak sandwich and fries, zoodles with meatballs, marinara, and garlic bread and cannoli chips and dip for dessert! Friendly staff, fast service! Siting outdoors on the patio – near a rushing creek, pine trees, just the right amount of shade and a hummingbird came by several times while we were eating. Couldn’t ask for more… Phenomenal!! Forgot to take pics of food except half eaten cannoli chips and dip. Whoops!

Had an awesome breakfast at Marchio’s Grill during my stay at Ouray KOA. The green chile breakfast burrito was packed with flavor, and the iced vanilla latte was exactly what I needed. It’s a real sit-down spot with friendly service and a peaceful outdoor vibe. I didn’t get to try dinner this time, but I definitely will on my next visit!

We hosted approximately 70 guests for a welcome party on the back patio of Stodgy Brewing on a busy Friday night before our wedding, and Marchio’s truly helped make the evening one of the best of our lives. We had given a rough estimate and heads up about the party a couple of weeks prior, and Marchio’s, with no hesitation, offered to not only bring more food in preparation, but also had the SWEETEST team who tirelessly took guests’ orders, cooked, and delivered the food to the patio all night long. Our guests not only raved about the food (we think we ate them out of the toasted ravioli that night!), but were also blown away by the service and kindness of their team despite managing our huge group and all of the other brewery guests that night. We will be fans of Marchio’s forever and are just happy that we live locally and can seek out the chicken parm sandwich whenever we get a hankering! Thank you so much!

One of the highlights of our stay at Ouray KOA was Marchio’s Grill—a surprisingly sophisticated dining experience for a campground setting. The team there is as passionate about great food as they are about great service. The menu was inventive and delicious, far exceeding our expectations. Best breakfast in Ouray! We had the green chili breakfast burrito, cappuccino, eggs and a muffin and it was all amazing! The atmosphere was also nice and quiet! Location is perfect if you are camping but even if you aren’t it’s worth the drive! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating!

What a perfect spot to be! Having Marchios here at the KOA Campground is a plus! The food is great, the service is amazing! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat while here at the KOA of Ouray!
