Stopped here based on reviews while traveling and was not disappointed! Small buffalo chicken Philly was delicious and not as messy as it looks. Totally worth $10.
I gave only four stars for the atmosphere because it was very smoky in the restaurant. Chose to eat in the car so the smell wouldn’t get stuck in my clothes.
Would recommend this restaurant and eat here again.

I saw on social media that this business was doing $7 large hoagies for one day only. I couldn’t get the code to work on the website or the mobile app, so I tried calling the Warren Rd location. I called twice, about 15 minutes apart, and got no answer. I then tried calling the Parma location – they answered, but were pretty rude. I was going to give up but decided to try the one on Grayton Rd. I’m glad I did! They apologized for the code not working online, happily took my order over the phone, and were just all-around friendly and sweet. When I arrived, my food was ready and the pleasantries continued in person. They were out of the cookie I wanted to try, so they told me when I could come back tomorrow for them to be in stock. I’ll definitely be going back to this location!

One of our favorite spots to pickup food from! They are quick, consistent and always amazing. Everything is always fresh and hot, the service is friendly and it is truly one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I have ever had, even compared to many in Philly. They get the order right every single time. Highly recommend!

I’m gonna start by saying I grew up just outside of Philadelphia. I’ve lived in Cleveland since 1999 and if there’s one east coast food I just can’t find here is a decent Philly Cheese steak. So imagine my anticipation when a place that bills itself as a Philly Cheesesteak opens here. Sadly, my quest for a decent Philly Cheesesteak continues.
To start, the basic ingredients should be steak, onions, and cheese. Their basic steak is just steak and cheese, onions are on the next tier with peppers and mushrooms.
This place needs to do it’s homework and find out what “one with” means.
Next, the steak is salty. Like they either added a ton of salt, or had it marinated in a salty brine. Either way, the saltiness is overpowering. If fact I didn’t even finish it.
Finally, this was served on a toasted roll. Nope. True Philly Cheesesteak is served on a fresh roll (Amaroso is possible).
I tried this chain a few months ago and felt the same way, so I didn’t want to post a review in case it was a one-time thing. Apparently it’s not…it’s how they make their cheesesteak.
I got the combo with fresh cut fries. About $20 for a medium Cheesesteak combo. The fries were just ok, but for the money, the portion of fries was small.
I really, really, really wanted to like this place, but it just wasn’t good. Service was fine, but I gave 1 star for atmosphere because the guys behind the counter had music blasting so loud you couldn’t talk to anyone.
After 26 years I still can’t find a good Philly Cheesesteak in Cleveland, the only thing that is close to “acceptable” is Jersey Mike’s.

It’s not often I feel compelled to leave a review but what a great place. The man who I assume is the owner has such passion and is extremely kind. Shook my hand and thanked me for the business. I would support this place just because I like the employees. My spicy cheese steak was excellent.

This was my first time ordering from them there was very little meat in the cheese steak and the chicken tenders very little battered and were overcooked.
The cheese steak had a good taste but was very misleading by the meat portions on the website.

I found this place while on Google looking for a place to eat while on a business trip. I can say, this is the best cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten and I recently had one while in Philly. I will definitely come back! I recommend this place to anyone that reads this. The staff was excellent!!
