We had a wonderful fundraiser there last week and thus i had the “excue” to stop in twice. I had a pre-regersal smoothie that was delicious and then stopped in after to grab dinner and salds for the next day’s lunch. Not only was eveything delicious and the staff polite and gracious but the food was yummy that evening and at lunch the next day!
What a great business with a lovey staff! Onky problem was that I only got to try one smoothie…I know I will be going back soon yo try others!

I have been coming here for 3 years and I have never had an issue with anything so id say 5 stars all around. The Smoothies and Food are always great, the Store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. Last week I did have an issue which was not a big deal but I will say the way it was handled was very Professional.
The Owner went above and beyond to address my issue faster then I expected. Nothing is perfect but it is how you handle things that makes me think about a business. I met him personally today and if he did not have a name tag I would have thought he was just one of the employees. He was dressed to work. Not only was my interaction with him great but how he was dressed lets me know he is not home dealing with only the financials but he is inside of the store experiencing all aspects of what his employees do on a day to day basis. That is the kind of business I like to support.

I’m very frustrated with this location. A few months ago I placed an online order for a wrap with plant based chicken. I got a call about 7 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up and a voicemail saying they were out of plant based chicken. I showed up to the store as I didn’t see the message or call and the cashier let me know so I asked for a refund. They gave me a refund and all was fine. I had went to order online multiple times since and saw the plant based chicken was no longer an option so I just didn’t order. Today I checked and the plant based chicken was back on their website to order so I placed an online order. I get there and pick it up. Once I got home I noticed there was no plant based chicken in my wrap. Mind you, I pay extra for it. I saw they called me again about 7 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up but this time with no message and they filled my order as it was ready when I got there. I’m super frustrated now since I’ve wasted my time and money now twice due to something not being available still being on their online ordering. I called the store and no one answered so I left a message and I guess I’ll wait to see if they actually call back. I wouldn’t have ordered had I known they were out of that protein option as that is the majority of the wrap. Will not be using this location again. I’ve never had an issue at any other Tropical Smoothie location.

It’s always so good! My kids love coming and sharing a smoothie, since they’re so big! Might seem pricey, but definitely worth it for the sizes and quality!
