I walked into subway today And was having a rough day. And this nice young man with good manners comes out to take my order he asked me how my day was and had a nice conversation with me. Its employees like him that make me really feel welcome. He had cute long hair. I thought he was a young lady at first. And i accidentally called him ma’am. But he kindly corrected me. 10/10 experience would definitely come back to get his snap. >~<

One of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to. First off, staff hygiene was disgusting. Hair nets anyone? These girls had hair flying everywhere. Also, gloves do not mean you don’t have to wash your hands! The sandwiches were sloppy, slim, and the bread was cut so poorly on one sandwich, it was basically toppings on a piece of bread. By ‘slim’ I mean not even the minimal toppings Subways allows (and yes, I know it is all carefully pre-measured, so that argument won’t with me). Basically, dont go here. It is not worth it.

Ordered a protein bowl online for pick up and upon getting it home we opened to find literally just Buffalo chicken with cheese and banana peppers. Nothing else. When the website says it comes with all the other things it says on the website.

I have tried to give this place a chance a few times now. I will NOT be making that mistake again. Husband and I asked for our sandwich’s to be toasted. I don’t know if it’s user error or the toaster but it didn’t even melt the cheese. Go to veggies and the guy literally put 8 pieces of spinach on a foot long 4 pickles a literal pinch of olives and a line of sauce. When I asked for more he just moved on acting like he didn’t hear me and said what else. Literally the full foot long was equivalent to the amount u would put on a 6 inch for the meat atless. The veggies weren’t enough for a 1/3 of one. 13 bucks for the skimpiest nasty sandwich I’ve ever had literally. Don’t waste your money at this subway folks! U will leave mad and in disbelief of how selfish and uncaring.

When I went into Subway I was in a good mood, was talking to the lady that worked there, she got up walked away didn’t say hi bye nothing or a smile or a laugh or anything. Went around the counter I wanted meatball subs I told her I wanted mozzarella on it she said mozzarella is extra, it’s been a while since I’ve been to a Subway and I never had to pay extra for mozzarella so I was letting her know that, she raised up her hands said have a nice day and walk to the back of the store. I was standing there wondering what to do if she was coming back, or what was going on. It took a while then a man came out and he helped me understand that the other cheeses I could put on there but mozzarella was extra, she didn’t take the time to explain that to me and she made me feel unwelcome and I don’t know if I want to go back to that store anymore because of her bad attitude towards her work and me, she also didn’t have gloves on when she was touching the bread. And I should at least get some customer service for spending over $10 a piece for a sandwich that normally came with cheese and now it’s extra!! She should have gotten trouble for the way she treated me, I am having to go online for my complaint, she should not continue, she probably needs to work somewhere else.

Absolutely amazing and in the midst of the virus they present obvious cleanliness. Cup lids were behind the counter employees wore gloves during the whole food making process and washed hands before and after putting gloves on. Very friendly staff and atmosphere I will definitely be going back again

*edit.* I could go take pictures of the staff? Don’t attempt to change my mind by lying on the internet. Not 1 Caucasian employee was in the building. The Sun Valley location. She even mentioned that they had reopened it 3 months ago under new owners. Every type of bread was “out” I can get in depth with my review, about how the meat was still cold in the middle of 2 steak footlongs, or how she didn’t wash her hands after touching money just changed gloves. I will return tomorrow to photograph the location. And employees. Because the owner decides to write straight up lies. Thank you for letting me know I wasn’t honest enough with my 1 star rating
