I recently had a 4-star experience at this Domino’s Pizza. The overall visit was good, though the highlights were definitely the environment and the staff. I would rate the atmosphere a solid 4 stars, as it was clean and welcoming. The service was also great, earning 3 stars for being efficient and professional. While the food received a 2-star rating this time, the overall experience was still positive, and the quality of the service and atmosphere made it a worthwhile visit.

This is not our usual Dominoes, but the reason I was just not really happy with it: the location. The parking lot was abysmal. The customer that parked next to me (and I know that this is not the fault of the store), parked in a way so that I had to make a 5 point turn to back out of my spot, while not hitting the building behind me, as well as the car on the other side of us. The lot itself is very large, but pretty narrow. My kids and I were there around 8:30pm, and it was dark, but there weren’t any lights (or if there were, they were not noticeable enough) to make me want to be walking very far from my van, leaving my family (even if my son who is a teenager is with the other kids is there), this time I made them get out and walk with me, but they decided to wait outside the door because it was crowded inside.

Ordered from here before it was great. Today, I ordered the same thing. Think crust pizza. It was burnt and dry. Guess the cook was too busy doing other things than making sure the pizza did not burn. Well, it burnt. I threw it away. Guess I won’t order from there again. I’ll save my money. Sad. They where good, not now.

They didn’t cook the onions with the pizza it looked like they threw a bunch of raw onions on top of the pizza after they cooked it. Very bad service and the district manager put words in my mouth not dealing with the issue.

Never order from here. They mess up a order and then give your address out. They put my kids at risk when they gave out my address, when they gave out the wrong orders and the person came threatening to my house at 10 at night because dominos messes up her order. When I called Domino’s they said keep the stuff because they can’t give it to her anyways. But yet they gave out my address to the person who’s order they messed up. With that said they could have sent anyone to my house with my children home while they are sleeping at night. Not okay and honestly I’m looking into reaching out to corporate for them giving out my address on their mistake. Don’t even worth a star but had to give it to them to be able to post this huge safety issue.

Worst domino on the planet!!! I was charged for an order that they apparently never got so I didn’t get my food and they were absolutely no help when I asked how to get a refund. of course Domino’s corporate there’s no human to reach so I just lost out on a bunch of money and I’m not able to eat today! will never come back here! after being a daily Customer can’t wait to see this one go out out of business because there’s never anybody there LOL
