This place used to be great, now no matter what time of day you got they never seem to have milkshakes specifically the coffee one. Food quality went down a couple months ago and still decided to give them a chance in hopes that it had improved again, big mistake. Sad to see such a good spot go downhill like that

I have waited until this time to make a review of this restaurant because I wanted to try most of thier dishes before posting. Today I went for lunch and had a triple smash onion burguer with double cheese and i must say this is the best smash burguer i have ever had in Puerto Rico. The patties had plenty of bark but were mosit and juicy on the inside, and the mixure of fat to cheese and onion greese was phenomenal, making every single bite and piece of heaven. The fries were fresh, crisp and well seasoned.
As to thier other products that I tried on previous visists the milkshake is excellent and I highly recommend it, the Mac and cheese is creamy and luscious and goes well with any order and the cheese fries are on par as well
As for the burguers they are all spectacular, from the regular samash to the flavor of the week I have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this place to any burguer lover be it a local or tourist its worth checking out.

Things like lettuce and tomato and pickles etc.. are add-ons. Literally meat and bread is all you get. Drinks are expensive and no free refills. They did have alcoholic drinks available and sweet potato french fries. Customer service was adequate.

Nasty employees. Someone should hold them accountable for bad attitude and nasty customer service. Food is good, but I dont recommend sponsoring this place. There was no one in line and they still treated us like we were wasting their time. Go somewhere else, they need customers more than the customers need them anyway.

I would give them two stars but I ordered though a delivery service so maybe it got lost in translation. But they got my order wrong and I paid for extra veggies and look to me like what should come on a normal burger. The shake was good and the burger was ok other than the mix up. But the price is way too much for the food if it was a little cheaper and the order was all correct I would say it’s a 4 star place.

I ordered the original smash burger, the cheeseburger fries, and a vanilla milkshake. Everything was $20??? I wanted to add lettuce and tomato to the burger but that’s 0.50 cents each??? The fries were meh because the cheeseburger toppings weren’t good and too salty. The burger was pretty good but too salty. Honestly the best part of the whole meal was the milkshake, but that’s cause it’s hageendaz. How do you mess that up. Service was great and the place looks great, but the prices are outrageous. A smashed burger uses very little beef. How does it come out to $7 for a burger??? And too salty everything. Make sure you order some water. I won’t be back until I see something change with the prices.
