I’ve been listening to my boyfriend talk this place up for almost 7 years. Luckily we were in the area to pick up truck parts and he called us in our food. I got the beef quesadillas and I cannot stop talking about how delicious it was. It was so damn good. Try this place out if you want to taste heaven

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, today will be the last time I ever come back. I’ve dealt with their bad service before and brushed it off, I’ve dealt with the long lines and the horribly long wait for the food to come out and even their ridiculous parking but I’ve always came back. Today 1/30/25 not only did they forget about my order but they were rude about the way they handled it. I was waiting for almost 40 mins for a half chicken and beef ribs and there was NO ONE ahead of me. The worst part is that not only did they take forever, failed to provide good service but they undercooked the ribs. I like my steaks med rare but these are RIBS not a steak. For the time they had me waiting for they could’ve atleast cooked them correctly! As I said, today they lost a long time customer and we used to come here often. So long Regio!

Service was not bad. I called to place the order and it was ready exactly at the time they said it would be ready. But the torta de pastor was not good, didn’t have much meat, and the avocado was not even fresh, it had brown spots. I will not be coming back

I spent $10 for some hard meat quesadillas!!! It took 45 mins!!! Never wasting my money again.. then they turned the phone off so we can’t complain please know it’s horrible.. the meat is horrible and hard

I love going to this place for tacos, Gordita and burgers.
They never miss and only ever take 15 mins to cook our meals. I do call in my order so by time I get there it’s ready.
They’ve been my families number one to go spot for years now and any time we go astray to try new place we always end up coming back here. No place compares.

This was my go to place when wanting a good Mexican hamburger, so after not coming here for a few years, decided to go again. Wrong choice. The burger patty was overcooked, charred around the edges. The hamburger had a little bit of lettuce( not even a handful), ONE small slice of tomato and ONE slice of avocado. I get that prices are high for produce these days, but if that’s the case, don’t sell burgers with these items if you’re not going to put enough on a burger to make it a Mexican burger as it should be. Won’t be coming here again.

Dont come here if you are hungry, the food takes forever to cook as if they have to go and butcher the cow still; and when its finally ready it leaves alot to be desired. the portions are extremely small, and the meat is very unpleasant to chew as its hard and not very tender at all. not to mention how expensive it is for subpar tacos. regio truly is a blaspheme to authentic mexican tacos.

Been going here for 17 year. At all times of day. Tonight was the worst experience I ever had. I did what I would usually do. I get off at 11pm. I call in and order my dinner in. Well tonight 3-14-20, I called in English and was put on hold because the lady who answered started to argue with another lady about who spoke English. But to me they where both very fluent from what I can hear. When I got there I walk up spiked to the lady with glasses to pay. Well she told me th it would be another 5 mins. So I waited, but I walked up she was on a personal call and charging me for my order at the same time. I had to wait while she was in med conversation to ask for 2 extra green salsa. When she had a pause in her conversation, I then did ask for the 2 extra green salsas to be charged 50 cents extra for each one. The lady with the glasses worst customer experience I ever here.as much as I like this food this is as close that, I ever had to not to want back.
