Decent coffee and food here. The staff was very friendly, but I just did not prefer the coffee taste (in comparison to other shops nearby). Convenient location and was fast at the drive through though.

This beans location is not the best. The staff are careless in making your drinks. With a chain there shouldn’t be such a difference in the drinks from one location to another. A Mr. B’s from this location taste nothing like others. Every drink I’ve gotten there is mostly milk, even when I add an extra shot. Iced coffee is not good. The pictures are my drink 4 minutes after they handed it to me. Barely cold with almost no ice. There is supposedly 4 shots in it but all you can taste is milk and lavender and it shouldn’t have any flavoring in it. They could do better making the drinks to order, in keeping with the Beans standard.

The location is convenient, one of the seasonal iced drinks was good, the other one I got a protein vanilla coffee which tasted nothing like vanilla and was a little flavorless for me. The girl who helped me was kind and patient.

Poor customer service, the coffee is terrible and tastes awful, the taste seemed like the coffee was burnt and old, the food wasn’t that bad, the staff didn’t seem happy working.
They need to improve a lot in all aspects, the restroom was also dirty.

Tried to get a brewed coffee at 10:30 am and they said they won’t be making any more for the day! They are a coffee shop so this is odd. I had to pay double for a latte. Coffee is OK.

Dude at the window didn’t want to be there.
They sat my drink behind him while I was paying. He ignored it, shut the window and wandered/stood with his back to me for a few minutes before he handed it to me. Super dull voice “do you want a straw?”

Unfortunately what I ordered had no flavor. I got the turkey swiss avocado croissant and it was so disappointing. It had only one turkey slice on it and it seems like the avocado wasn’t seasoned at all. I think I spent around 7 or 8 dollars on the sandwich alone. It is totally not worth the money, and not appetizing. My iced latte was okay, it seems like the ratio of espresso to milk is off. It didn’t taste like much of anything, more just like iced milk. Even though what I ordered wasn’t great, the staff were extremely friendly and quick with my order. They made my morning happier, for sure!
