Major shout out to Pizza Hut in Chatham Illinois. You guys are truly set in the bar for excellence with regards to customer service. The food was so delicious. I’m sorry I didn’t take no photos. You’ll just have to take my word for it. The food was very fresh hot and was correctly prepared. The restaurant interior was clean and my food is ready to go when I arrived.

I ordered three pizza’s and a cheese stick tonight. App said pick up 6:19. It was 6:40 before we got it. A lady came in with pick up at 630 and her order had been sitting in the warmer ten minutes. I get home and I wasn’t given any marinara for my cheeses sticks. This place gets worse by the day.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered pizza tonight and was supposed to arrive at 8:29. It got about 9 o’clock and I called to check on the status of it. I wasn’t angry I was just making sure they got it through the app. The guy answered the phone and I asked the status of the order. He said “well I’m the only person here and trying to do 3 different things at once. So hang on” he told me my order was on the way and I said thank you. Got a call about 10 mins later and the man said that my pizza was never delivered because he knocked and knocked and knocked and nobody answered. I have 2 dogs that dont let a noise go unnoticed. They bark anytime theres a little knock on the door. So I said that nobody came to my door and knocked and he continued to argue with me about how he came and I assured him nobody knocked on my door. He ended up coming back with the pizzas and he was knocking on my door so aggressively that he broke the frame on my glass door. He wouldn’t stop knocking until I opened the door. Then he said “oh you can hear the door now?” My husband told him repeatedly to get away from the door and he would not. Leaving food all over my my porch. I dont have the name of he driver but I wish so bad I did. The cops came and talked to both parties. They told us the driver should have just left.

I went in to grab a pick up order, and the customer service was awful. I walked in and said hello, didn’t receive a word back. I understand this is not something to be too offended about, so I continued to tell them the name for my order. Again, not a word was said back to me. I gave him/her (idk what gender) cash to pay, and accidentally gave them a dollar over. They shoved it back at me, again didn’t say a word. And the whole time they just had a disgusted look on their face. Yes, I know people have bad days, but when you work somewhere where you are obligated to talk to customers, you are expected to be welcoming and kind. I go out of my way to be kind to service workers, so I know this was not a personal thing. And to top it all off, I was missing an order of wings. I felt
too uncomfortable to say anything when the only worker there was looking at me with disgust and acted like they were mute. Overall, it makes me sad, my family and I get takeout from here all the time, and now because of this we probably won’t again.

Seriously though, I’ve been a customer for 2 years now and have never had cause to complain. The food is always on time, the drivers are always fast, presentable, and polite. The food is great quality for the brand, and while I’ve never seen the inside of the store, I can tell it’s cleaned and cared for by the way the food tastes.

Always hot, fresh and yummy.We have not had a bad pizza in all the years we have been going there. We always get carry out and the smell is sooo good I often have to sneak a slice on the drive home. We try to hit them up at least once a week.
