Excellent food, service and live music. The place is lit larger than it looks from the outside. Highly recommend the sushi pizza. The stir-firs are of authentic taste and the appetizers, are do delicious. Must try the beef skewers and chicken wings. Everything is so fresh esp the sushi.

Had a fantastic meal at Kawaii Asian Fusion! The food was impressively fresh and full of flavor. The drinks came out promptly and were quite strong. The pan-fried dumplings were perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy inside, while the scallion pancakes had just the right balance of chew and crunch. The highlight was definitely the General Gao’s chicken — actually crispy (a rare find!) and not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced. Great spot for satisfying, well-made comfort food with a fresh twist.

The bartenders Carol and Kenny are the best! Carol makes the best prickly pear margarita. Super friendly and quick to serve you. Food is great, drinks are awesome. Best Chinese food around! We will definitely be coming back!

The food was okay, but came out so fast after ordering that it was obviously pre-cooked and sitting in the kitchen. The fried Peking Ravioli were just barely showing any brown and the inside was only warm. Same with the General Tso’s Chicken and Pork fried rice, barely warm. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp was hot and shrimp were big but I’ve tasted better. The worst was the Volcano drink. It was disgustingly sweet making us switch to wine and beer. The servers never asked how anything was and they were hard to flag down when needed. One server walked away saying he couldn’t take our Volcano order because he wasn’t 21. You can’t tell our server we want a Volcano because you’re underage??? The place was clean and seemed well kept.

We’ve tried many Asian/Sushi restaurants near us and Kawaii takes the cake in all things food. The portions are huge, the Chinese food and sushi is delicious (I’m super picky about my sushi and the quality is amazing). The staff are super friendly as well. Honestly, just a great place overall. Will always keep coming back, it’s worth the 45 minute to us.

This is my first visit, and I must say, I believe this will become my new favorite spot. The bartender was exceptionally pleasant, and the drinks were absolutely delightful. Update: This has become one of my favorite restaurants. The owner is great, food is amazing and there is often entertainment, including karaoke on the weekends! It’s a must try!
This is a brand new Asian fusion restaurant. I have been twice and have been really happy with their dishes. The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce is absolutely delicious! The Hot and Sour soup has a nice dark broth and is filled with the veggies and tofu, with a nice kick that isn’t overpowering, very yummy! Beef Teriyaki is tender, flavorful and has the crispy edges, delicious! Chicken Wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside with a nice five spice flavoring! These are very solid! Orange Beef is lightly battered with a perfect crisp. It has little pieces of orange rind for flavoring with a very light sauce. Solid dish! Hong Kong Chicken with String Beans is tender, fresh and has a very light sauce with a little kick that sneaks up on you. Delicious! If they stay consistent, they will be very successful! Check them out, it’s worth it!

Last night My group and I had terrible service by one of the servers and we didnt get a food order in until 45 mintues later after being seated and we had to complain.
Our original server she failed miserably to provide adequate timely service.
Another server possibly the manager after we complained then took the food orders of the remaining memebers of our group that hadn’t already left and he was kind enough trying to smooth things over.
Because of the uncoordinated service that had us waiting so long I opted not to order any food and went elsewhere for dinner.
I hope Kawaii can take this feed back and work on there customer service and coordination to ensure all tables are getting the same level of service and attention because there are plenty of other fine establishments we can spend our money at in Medway.
And Kawaii have effectively lost my Business.
