If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would ! I placed an order for pick up and my husband sat inside waiting for over 20 minutes for our food just for the guy to have a crap attitude and say “we aren’t making any food today”. He also did not have our donuts ready and didn’t offer any sort of refund for half the items we couldn’t even get ! We lost out on money and rewards points. Do better

This is the slowest location I have ever been too it takes 25 mins to get your order if you order anything other than donuts and the AC has been broken for over a month it is always so hot in there. Go elsewhere

Worse dunkin I’ve ever been too. Literally save your money and go somewhere else. It stunk as soon as I got in there. I ordered a donut through the app and when I got inside they told me they didn’t have any donuts at all but they couldn’t refund me cause the manager wasn’t there. The drink I ordered didn’t taste good like it normally does and so I asked for more pumps of syrup and the girl working there said I would have to pay extra and had no customer service etiquette considering I just paid for something I wasn’t able to get. Mind you I had to wait 10 mins for them to tell me there’s no donuts and for a drink that was nasty even though the store was empty.

Possible manager or owner was very disrespectful to her employee. He came in apologizing for being late and she decides to degrade him by sarcastically speaking in (broken)Spanish which is not a good look.
“Necessito communicado” after he explains there was an accident and offers to show proof, she says “no necesito” with a grin on her face like she’s on some power trip. You expect him to text and drive?
You can tell other customers were also confused and the poor guy was very respectful and had a valid reason. I worked in environments like this myself and that type of energy is off. No need to come off as a bully infront of customers especially.
Not to mention, they didn’t have anything we ordered but that’s not a big deal bc they made up for it.

This is a busy DD but the staff who work here are way more interested in talking to their high school friends than they are in waiting on the customers. Do not go to this location after the local high school lets out. I just waited 10 minutes for a plain hot coffee. Rather than filling orders, the two employees were chatting with a bunch of their friends from school. When I interrupted them, they executed the perfect teenager eye roll and continue talking to their friends rather than feeling my order. Time for some new staff. Seriously.

Went later in the day with some friends. The guy working there, Caleb, was super nice and made the experience very enjoyable. He went above and beyond his expected duties and we had some good conversations since we were the only people there at the time. Highly recommend!

I went here around 12 on a Saturday. There was one other person waiting when I walked in. I asked for a frozen coffee and the employee “checked” for the mix to make it and informed me that they were out. They were also out of espresso. I then just ordered an iced coffee. I waited standing at the pick up counter for 10+ minutes and noticed one of the girls just wiping the counter over and over while chatting with her co-workers. Even after making eye contact with me she did not stop wiping the counter and chatting with her co-workers. The THREE employees continued to chat. I’m not really sure what was happening but no one was making my drink. (Or the drink for the guy waiting) Finally I went up to the counter to ask for my drink and they all looked surprised and embarrassed as if they forgot. They ran and pulled the ticket for my order and had the coffee out in a out in less than a minute. After that —they informed the other guy who was waiting longer than I was that they didn’t have the stuff to make a latte. He had been waiting longer than I had — they didn’t even make his drink the whole time and finally informed him thay they were out of what was needed. The boy who checked me out was very pleasant….but no one was working that day. Not a good experience.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in Fairfax County. I will give them this accolade though: I have never encountered a chain coffee shop come up with so many creative ways to get your order wrong. Save your soul and your sanity by heading to Gathering Grounds next door.
