One employee over the phone and in person acts as if you are annoying him by ordering making it very clear. Leaves an awful taste in your mouth and awful customer service. Subs are great but service made me cancel and go to local spot instead.

I walked in at lunch time and ordered a regular cheese steak. The girl on the grill heard my order and shook her head no. The girl taking my order told me I couldn’t have one because the grill was being used to make cheese steaks for a catering order. Really didn’t make any sense. I ended up going elsewhere.

so soggy. IT WAS A MUSHROOM SUB IT SHOULDNT BE DRIPPING FROM GREASE. the inside of the bread was brown. It quite literally mushed in my hand. A sub is not a sponge. I had to go to Wendy’s after because i was physically repulsed by the sub i had just consumed. this ruined my day, nay, MY WEEK. I have never in my life written a negative review, but the sheer dissatisfaction of my experience at Jersey Mikes was enough for me to change my ways. Despite this, the employees were very nice. good customer service, terrible subs. also, who doesn’t have a meatball sub on their menu? Also, what type of veggie sub is just two types of cheese and green bell peppers?
