They messed up my order I had 6 fish tacos and instead of the normal fish they used two fish sticks. so I called to inform them and they just left the phone never came back. I’ve been going to them since they have been on 54th and it’s sad to see how bad the quality dropped. Honestly you’d be better off going to a different restaurant.

I understand Times are tough But this place over charges…. They used to have fair prices And I’ve noticed every time I go there I try to get something affordable you could tell the lady with the glasses doesn’t like it and the next week the item goes up in price. It happens to me every time I go there. It’s just funny to me. How greedy people are…. I’ve seen people walking out of that place later on a burrito is gonna cost $20 at that place smh! ♀️

I don’t like how the worker treated me when I walked in, she gave me a cold stare for a good 6 seconds, and when I tried to order my food she completely ignored me for a minute while she was just talking on the phone. I was short on a dollar and asked if 50 dollars were okay cause it costed me 51 dollars for the 4 medium crane Sada i got, and her attitude is not it, the medium i got seemed like a small i wonder what a small would look like if the medium was not even average medium. don’t recommend

First Timer…Loved it. We came at a good time and then a slee of people came after us.
The food was in huge portions! Gave me another meal or so out of it.
I got the Carnitas combo. Delish. Oh I loved their little quesadillas that come with the combo. I’d like to come back for more of those!
It was exciting to have the cops ♂️ come by looking for evidence… yep they found it. But nobody was there to arrest, and we all felt safer knowing cops were around!

Pretty good taco shop with a drive thru! Food is made fresh so there’s a bit of a wait. People here are friendly. There is some covered seating area outdoors.
I got their carne asada fries and it was a large portion. The fries were crispy. I liked that this place still includes pico on their carne asada fries because a lot of places don’t anymore. The meat was perfect. They have a list of salsas to choose from and they were all great.

Ok, I have lived in City Heights for 10 years almost. I used to pass by this place and ignore it because of the name. I have been to places called Santanas before and have always been disappointed. However within the last month I have been coming here after work because I have been tired of Aiberto’s by the Jack in the box on University. Now Aibertos is pretty good but Burritos Santanas consistently has the flavor I’ve been searching for. If you like shrimp and carne asada the La Paz is the best burrito hands down at this place. Their rolled tacos are only beaten by Saritas is Casa de Oro. Tonight I got the adobada fries. I’ve gone to TJ just for adobada tacos after my sons dentist appointments.

Food wasn’t bad. The red and green hot sauce was not my idea of good salsa. Folded taco plate was just under $15 which seems expensive but then again a gallon of gas is $6.
