I was SO impressed by their service! Great ordering and they came by to check on me and again to clear my table.
Food was delicious. The pick 2 is a great deal and comes with a drink PLUS the unlimited breadsticks.
Service was fast for lunch even though they were a little busy. My tummy is happy. I’ll be back more often!

It was the perfect place to eat for my daughter’s eleventh birthday party! All 8 girls loved their pasta dishes. The staff was friendly. They even put our ice cream cake in their freezer till we were ready for it. Highly recommend!

Food is generic, but very inexpensive. Nothing I can’t make at home myself. However, it’s a great, family-friendly place to go when the kids want to eat out, but you don’t want to break the bank. Some vegetarian and vegan options (remember to order the breadsticks dry and salad without cheese, if vegan).

One of my favorite places to eat at when I’m in Cedar Rapids. The food is great and the prices are good. My only complaint is that the portions vary, one time I will receive a large portion and the next time it will be half the size.

My husband and I went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago, and I found the tip to a glove in my salad, manager treated me like crap, I requested my money back for my whole order as I was dissatisfied and sick to my stomach, I have an immunodificiency disorder and am afraid that I could’ve contracted something since it is unknown if the preparer cut themselves. I will never go back there again which is sad because I loved the bread sticks. Whatever happened to the customer is ALWAYS right policy, I have worked in the food business for many years and this my friends was the poorest service I have ever had to deal with.

Disappointed that the last several times I’ve been in they aren’t walking around offering free bread sticks. You can still get them but you have to wait at the counter until someone notices you.

I had to call their headquarters office in Kentucky that is how bad the experience was. We ordered a sampler and plain meatballs they brought the sampler but they never brought the meatballs. We waited until the sampler got cold and soggy and my meatballs were still not there and they were my meal at least when we demanded a full refund we got one at least but for some reason we wanted to eat as a family but if you are in to one person in your party being served and general incompetence and being served your food and being forced to wait fifteen minutes for your order which will never come this is the place for you. Stay far away from Fazolis. The breadsticks might be yummy but their customer service is barbaric

Love swinging into here when we need a fast lunch. Don’t even bother with burger or sandwich joints anymore when on the run with errands. Good food, great service, friendly staff.

I Love the twice baked Lasagna! (But the food is terribly expensive.) Today, bread sticks very small. I think they’re too salty, but family loves them.
