Best smash burger I have tasted in Chico! To start off with the customer service was amazing from start to finish. The order time was only 10 minutes tops! The quality of the food was fire and very delicious! You can get the burger single, double, or triple with all of the ingredients tasting fresh and made from scratch! Especially that bronze sauce! Straight amazing ! I recommend for anyone in the area to stop by and get one of these juicy amazing burgers and some of their fries!

Bronze Burger needs to change their name to Gold Burgers! Because these burgers are Money Son! We were craving a smash burger for dinner and we haven’t found a good one in Chico, till today! We will definitely be coming back! We wish they had some tables and chairs to sit and eat and enjoy the weather today, but I’m sure that will all come soon enough . These guys need a move into a building, like the one on the corner downtown on 2nd street and Broadway. If downtown ever gets cleaned up. I hope they stick around, I will definitely be going ones a week at least! I get it smash burgers aren’t for everyone, but if you like them,you got to try these guys out!

This place is great! I love their smashburger and the sauce that comes with it. Ask for an extra sauce if you get the fries! If I could change one thing it would be the bun.

Everything about this burger is phenomenal, except for the fact that is taste like chico water. There is a distinct chlorine-like taste that you will get every time. Please do something to change this. Also the portions for the side of bronze sauce they give are way too small; doesn’t even come close to filling up the cup.

I just tried Bronze Burger and I’m not even exaggerating when I say this was the best burger I have ever had in my life. I ordered the double jalapeño burger and it literally melted in my mouth. The meat was perfectly cooked, the flavor was insane, and the spice level was just right. You can tell everything is made fresh and with care.
It’s a food truck, but don’t let that fool you this burger was better than anything I’ve had at most sit down restaurants. The portions were great, the quality was amazing, and the whole experience felt like one of those hidden gems you’re lucky to find.
If you’re in Chico and you don’t try Bronze Burger, you are seriously missing out. I will 100% be coming back again (probably way too often).
