Ordered a sheet deal with boneless wings and cinnamon fried dough. The pizza is good. The “wings” are 2 inch chunks of chicken breast, and the fried dough had all of the cinnamon and sugar dumped onto two pieces in the center – we spread around what we could from what had hardened into clumps at the bottom of the container. When I called to let them know something was off, the person who was handed the phone when I said I had a complaint said “that’s how we make them here”, “we’ve never had any complaints before”, and “you didn’t read the menu right”. Ordered a lot before, not ordering again – there seems to have been a staffing change, maybe because of COVID, and the new staff – don’t know if they’re the owners or just a new crew – doesn’t seem to care.

This place is amazing!! I am a pizza lover and Paradise Pizza will definitely satisfy your craving.. Weather you order a large or a sheet pizza I can honestly say it’s always consistent.. The sauce is delicious as it’s not acidic.. The crust is thin and crispy.. The toppings are delicious and abundant especially the cheese!! On top of the great pizza, the staff is equally amazing!! I highly recommend this place..

We ordered and had it delivered. Our food was absolutely delicious, I will explain what about that in a minute. There was a communication error somewhere and they got our house number wrong. When we ordered they didn’t take our phone number down so they couldn’t call us we called them and asked what was taking so long. That being said, it was easily fixed, they came right back with our food and it was still hot. We ordered a pizza, 2 wrap sandwiches and garlic knots. The wrap sandwiches were stuffed generously they were very tasty and big portioned. The pizza was a big hit with their sauce and generous cheese, great crossed! The garlic knots were the best we’ve had the sauce and closed with them was perfect. We would definitely order from them again just making sure they have our address correctly and make it our phone number highly recommend

I really wanted to love this place. I had pizza one time and loved it so figured everything else would be good. I ordered a roast beef sub and turkey clubs last night. The roast beef had no pink in it and it didn’t smell right so we threw out a whole large sub. The turkey looked like processed turkey. They need to get FRESH meat and all the food should be FRESH and a better quality. If they were to change the food to better quality I would like to try a sample and I would redo my review. Gates is not a huge town so if you open a restaurant in Gates you need to have better quality food to succeed. They did have great customer service but I did not call to complain because obviously all the meat was not good.

I ordered from here after having a terrible experience from Caraglios. The lady that answered my call was nice but spoke broken English. That would not normally be a problem but I was trying to order country sweet pizza (which was not on their menu) and it was difficult trying to figure out if they could actually make it or not. BUT I got my message across and ordered the pizza and everything went smoothly from there. The staff were all pretty friendly and the restaurant was pretty chill.
The pizza was a little pricey but not ridiculous. When I got home we tried the pizza which was made… Meh… Not the greatest but not the worst. The country sweet was delicious but the chicken was very dry and the pizza seemed extra thin/flat. It might have been just trying to imitate a NY style thin crust busy it really just seemed like the dough wasn’t primed correctly.
Overall, pizza was okay, service was decent and I’d probably go back if I’m ever in that area.

I’m not big on giving reviews but I found it necessary in this case. I was greeted by a friendly face not knowing what I was going to order she explained to me what they had showing me the menu. I ordered pizza and wings on a whim not expecting much but I was hungry. I was blown away by how good that pizza was and the size of the slices. I I look forward ti returning and trying other things on the menu. I highly recommend trying it out, You will be pleased

Relatively new place, so stopped in the other day to check it out. Ordered a calzone, and have to say, it was one of the better ones I’ve had in Rochester. Huge portions (literally filled the large pizza box) – enough to 2-3 meals easily, and stuffed completely with cheese and toppings. Great tasting dough too. Will definitely stop in again to try some others.

Update: we ordered today the phones still do not work but wanted to try something new. Went ahead and ordered from the app they suggested on their website. I was nervous it was fake but it did get delivered.
I would not recommend their food. It just wasn’t good. the wings are breaded And the texture on them was like eating wet sand. The pizza was just okay. I wouldn’t go back for second slice tonight or ever. The cheese bread looked good and then when I went to get a piece the cheese was only melted on top but the underside was chunky unmelted I don’t foresee this lasting in Gates and come
