We did the Valentine 5 course dinner and it was absolutely amazing! The only dish I would say was not a 10 out of 10 was the bison ravioli as it was good but not excellent like the rest of the courses. The amount of different flavors of every course was so wonderful and it made for a perfect meal. Best meal hands down I have ever eaten in Montana.

What a gem of a place! I’m not one to typically order burgers and they had one of the best burgers I have ever tried IN MY LIFE. My partner wasn’t wow’d by the pork chop where I found it to be a leaner/great option for someone wanting to eat something a bit more simple. Cocktails were Superb and service was so personable/great.

I came here for the first time with a ‘dinner for two’ coupon with my boyfriend, and we had an incredible time. We had never heard of Fielding’s before, but won a coupon at Music on Main, and they did not disappoint. Traci is a fantastic waitress, and we had such a great time listening to her recommendations, favourites, and all about The Armory. I had a surprise mocktail made, as Traci recommended, which was so fun and super tasty. The food exceeded my expectations too, with great portions for the main course, interesting starters, and an incredible dessert.
We will absolutely be coming back, and will be recommending this to anyone who visits!

Stopped in for lunch and got their brunch menu. We had their steak frites and carne asada burrito. Both dishes were amazing, my husband could not stop raving about his burrito. Their food is amazing and flavorful. The huckleberry smoothie was just okay but the food speaks for itself. Definitely coming back next time for their dinner menu when we are in town!

I found Fielding’s on a whim while looking for late(ish) dining in Bozeman. Was I randomly searching for a restaurant that served Bone Marrow? Maybe. Regardless, I’m glad we ended up here.
Located in the Armory, this restaurant absolutely blew us away. My favorite part? Having the Chef check in on us throughout our meal to explain each dish in exquisite detail. What a gem! Our server was a kind young gentleman.
Let’s get to the food, shall we?
First up, the Cornbread Skillet. It’s buttery perfection. Covered in burnt honey butter – this shareable did not disappoint. It has a slight spicy kick that balances out the sweetness of the cornbread.
Next is the Roasted Bone Marrow. I’ve always been a bone marrow-lovin’ girly so this was a dish after my own heart. I would’ve liked just a tiny bit more salt but that’s just me. Served on top of brioche toast, it basically just melts in your mouth.
I was extremely surprised by the Grilled Ruby Trout.
Trout is always a hit or miss for me in restaurants because it’s often overcooked – but not here! This little trout came in from Idaho (at least that’s what we were told and was cooked perfectly). What really helped elevate this dish was the charred broccoli.
Craving some fried chicken? Look no further. Every single piece of chicken was tender and evenly cooked. The crispy chicken skin was oh so yummy.
Did we have room for dessert? Absolutely not but we will next time!
The restaurant itself has an elevated and classy vibe. The staff members are some of the beat. And, well, then there’s the food…

We ate lunch at the bar – four adults around the corner, and had great services from Geoff and Stacy. The food was tasty, as well as beautiful. The service was attentive and engaging. Would definitely go again and recommend a variety of items on the menu – we didn’t have anything that wasn’t great.

My husband brought me here as a surprise before Christmas. We had the chef’s tasting menu curated by Chef Gabe. The menu was personally catered to our likes. Everything was phenomenal. Incredible service and incredible food. The atmosphere in this restaurant is really intimate and lovely, especially on a snowy night. The ingredients used by this restaurant are selected with intentionality and care, sourced local. Can’t recommend more!

My best friend and I stayed at the Kimoton Armory hotel and ate breakfast at Fieldings each day. The food was fresh and delicious, the service impeccable and the atmosphere was nice. The Huevos Rancheros & Biscuits and gravy were excellent, and the avocado toast was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Fieldings for a great breakfast.

My wife and I spent a couple nights at the Kimpton after landing at Bozeman on the way to Yellowstone and this was by far the best restaurant associated with a hotel we have ever been to! We ate breakfast here both mornings, the drinks were immaculate and the main items were to die for! Specifically the rocky mountain breakfast… perfect breakfast before heading out for an adventurous day!

Every meal was outstanding! From breakfast to dinner, Fielding’s didn’t disappoint. For breakfast, my favorite was the avocado toast. Although all the menu items look amazing, for dinner, I recommend starting with the potato croquets. So good! The wedge salad & ribeye were also very good. And kudos to the hard working & friendly staff!
