Nice place to relax before the Incline climb, or refresh after the climb. Has some cute T-shirts as well. You have to walk by it to start the climb, so it’s worth taking a look.

The start to the top. Only bummer was we rushed to make it down by 4:30 as they closed at 5 and we wanted souvenirs. But the guy was locking up just before 4:30. We saw him lock up as we walked to the store.

Very nice and sweet employees Asked for their favorite spot to eat, favorite things to do around town and they did not disappoint! Also, you can tell all these drinks are made with love, their “monthly specials” board is very cute and unique! These girls deserve a raise, putting up with people’s multiple drink orders, constant shirt folding and even helping hikers that have fainted

The incline is no joke. Took us about an hour and twenty five minutes to complete it. We were visiting from chicago and being up in high elevation made it really hard to breathe and catch our breath. After 20+ stops we made it to the top, and it was totally worth the struggle!

The Incline is no joke. I do it a couple times a week now that I moved here. Keep in mind that you now have to make a free reservation thru the city portal to do the Incline since Covid.

Call themselves a coffee shop. Have all the standard coffees on the menu. Its 50° and they said “we can make a cold drink but no hot drinks” very matter of factly. Never heard of any coffee shop like that before.

Unfortunately I had a disappointing stop at the gift shop this Sunday afternoon. I have stopped by once before and the door was locked a few minutes before closing time; all good, I would come back another day to get those stickers for an out-of-state friend. I checked the hours before making the walk through town to get up here, and arrived at the door at 3:42 pm, 18 minutes before closing time. I was informed upon entering that they were closed for the day and they were unable to sell a couple stickers, not even for cash. The girl let me know she would have to be there until 5 if they allowed people to purchase things until the stated 4pm close time, and really didn’t care if they weren’t able to meet their stated hours. I let her know that I’ve worked many similar, underpaid retail jobs, and was having a hard time understanding why she couldn’t sell a couple stickers for the business, at this point 15 minutes before closing. She repeated that she was “Sorry I had walked up there, but really didn’t care”. Those were the words used. Sorry to post such a negative review but it was a negative experience. Pay your workers more and give better sales training.

Extremely challenging but fun hike! Bring canned air if you’re not from around here.

The gift shop only took cash, then closed in the middle is the day for lunch. They literally kicked people out and shut the lights off on us while we were looking at souvenirs.

They have snacks, drinks, t-shirts, sticker, magnets, posters, and pretty much anything you can think of for an attraction gift shop.

They wouldn’t give me a cup of ice or let me use the restroom even though my companion bought something. Sanctimonious at best!
