STAMP!! Their Dashi Tots ($8.95 homemade potato tots with black truffle sea salt, & aioli). Crisp on the outside, warm, & soft on the inside with a tangy aioli!!
STAMP!! Their Pastrami Egg Roll ($6.95 with pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss). Tender pastrami, cheesy, & tasty!!
STAMP!! Their Kara-Age Wings ($11.95 Japanese style fried soy sauce glazed wings, & aioli). Crispy, & super flavorful with a creamy dip!

This was my first time coming to this ramen spot and the food was flavorful and filling! I was able to taste the broth to make sure it was to my liking, which was very helpful. They do give you a good amount for the price as well. There is a wide variety of options on the menu too!

Dashi is an unassuming Ramen shop near the back of the Food Hall. You can order via the digital panel or by talking to someone, but the woman running the register greeted me promptly.
I ordered the Spicy Miso and it came out quickly (along with two gyoza which I guess came as a side). The ramen was flavorful and packed with tasty veggies like Bok Choy and wood ear mushrooms. I asked for extra egg and corn, so that plus a coke came out to around 26 bucks.
This is a food hall so you order and retrieve your food from the counter and then find a place to sit. Seating is plentiful, but be warned that if you sit close to the shop in winter, you’ll have to fight with the cold air coming from the door.
I could see parking being a mess here, but I think it’s worth the visit.

Love this place I come here often and get the same thing and it’s always perfect! The spicy ramen is actually spicy and the lemonade is great! I love sitting in this food court it’s very chill and everyone is usually really nice.

I got the vegetarian ramen and it was really good! I’d honestly give it a 10/10. I liked the noodles and there was a good ratio of noodles/stuff to broth. The broth was yummy and not spicy which I appreciated. My favorite part was the roasted corn giving it a nice sweet and crispy bite. Service was good too!

The Spicy Red Devil Ramen with Chicken does not disappoint. It tastes absolutely amazing. It is so flavorful with the perfect amount of spice. If you love spicy food you’re definitely in for a treat. So do yourself a favor and stop by. Thank me later.

Spicy Red Devil was super spicy and delicious. Chicken and Tofu versions were great. Highly recommend if you like spicy food but you have been warned they’re not exaggerating its hot. Presentation is also great.

Amazing ramen! I wanted to have a ramen before going to work and this one happened to be the only one that is open at 10:00 and I ended up loving it! The staff recommended us the red devil one and it was the best i’ve had! I will keep coming back. I know this is a horrible photo but this shows how much I loved it i guess..

Dashi, located inside Cross Street Market, was not crowded for an early lunch. Customers were served quickly. Staff were congenial and very helpful with the menu. The Hand-folded Crab Ragoon was a new dish for me. They turned out to be rather delicious after placing the dip, sauce and lettuce on the little folded appetizers. The
Spicy Red Devil Ramen was really good. It surely opened up my sinuses on this cold winter day. The broth and noodles were so flavorful. The strawberry lemonade came in a small cup. I needed more.
