I placed an online order only to realize I ordered at the wrong location. I had picked up my last order there (which was also a terrible experience) and did not change back to my home store. Once I realized my error I called to cancel the order. The teenager answering the phone said she couldn’t cancel the order because she didn’t know how and proceeded to tell me to call back because she was too busy to take my call. I was charged for the order because they never did cancel it. I have also written to corporate regarding the experience.

But the service is terrible.
Waiting more than 30 min. For a tuna salad sandwich.
I watched as the staff laughed talked and even danced while I waited at the window. When my sandwich was finally made it was set at the window and tge youg man walked away to play with his coworker instead of serving me and collecting payment.
2nd time in a few weeks I tried and the 2nd time I was disappointed
Do better. Maybe training would help

The past 3 times I’ve went through the drive-thru, no one was infront of me and no one was in there and it took a good bit before they came on the speaker totake my order ! Then ever time my sandwich wasn’t made right !!

Ordered online pickup. Bread was wrong on both my sandwiches, girlfriend’s sandwich was missing half of her toppings. Not the first time I’ve ordered here recently and my foods been messed up. Not a big deal but irritating when it’s someone’s job to read and put the correct items together

Staff very blunt and not friendly, ordered online said it was ready at 12:25, got there and waited in line(no cars ahead or behind me) until 12:37. I had placed my order at 12:12 so I didn’t have to waste time sitting waiting around. Guess I was wrong. They weren’t even busy.

Placed an online order for 2 pizza subs and ham. I ended up getting a call saying they were out of regular white bread. I was only annoyed cause it wasn’t for me, but no big deal. The guy was nice and said he’d throw some extra cookies in for the trouble. That worked fine since it was my kids sub. Then just as I figured, no extra cookies when I got home. Subs seemed like they were good but probably would have been better with the cookies….

I am a frequent customer of this subway I never use the drive thru but unfortunately my husband did. We literally got a 12 inch bacon sub with two slices of bacon on the sub. I called the store and they said they would make us a new one. After driving all the way back to the store. In my pajamas. To walk in and get asked ” did I have the sandwich with me? ” I said no…..first no one told me to bring the sandwich back. It’s not like they can sell it. But second. I go to this store 2 times a week for years. And I have never called and complained. Suffice to say I left with no new sandwich. Wasted time a lot of it….gas and a huge inconvenience for absolutely nothing. Including paying for a sandwich that was made with absolutely no care or thought. The real kicker is they make this sandwich for me all the time and it’s a 12 inch sub bacon only no cheese no veggies …..how can you screw that up?

Both subs were messed up, all employees seemed like they absolutely didnt wanna be there. We were the only people there when we showed up to pick up our online order and our stuff still got messed up.
