We ordered the Niku spicy ramen, Takoyaki, and Takosei ramen. For drinks, we tried their roasted matcha tea, which was a bit of a letdown. The Takoyaki was great, and the sauce it came with was amazing. The Niku spicy ramen wasn’t too spicy, but it was still good. The flavor was good, and the meat was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the ramen was perfectly cooked.
Overall, it was a great experience. I’d like to come back and try their other flavors.
Their tonkotsu ramen is also a great option. The broth is creamy and comforting, the pork is tender, and the boiled egg is well prepared timing-wise; perhaps a little cold. It’s tasty and perfect if you want a warm, cozy bowl without having to think too hard about it.
Service is pretty decent and inside the restaurant is sophisticatedly nice. From the signage I learned the recipe originated in 1951. Generally a good parking situation because there’s a huge lot, but this ‘Ranch 99’ area can get quite packed at times.
Food: was going for the normal version but eventually got the spicy version. I felt like it was just some extra pepper powder, not too sure. You can also order some extra pork cuts to your ramen.
Service: the whole team was so nice and attentive. Appreciate y’all since I also work in F&B.
Atmosphere: not crowded when I was there. The place is very clean and warm. Would be back 100%.
When I asked the server if I could add hot water to my ramen, she kindly checked in and brought me some broth instead.
She was incredibly kind, and both the service and the atmosphere were very pleasant.
Their Maze Soba is amazing, the Chashu Bowl is delicious, and the Tokusei Tsukemen is super tasty.
They even have a kids’ menu, which is great!
We always get the karaage and calamari for appetizer and the Mazesoba and the Tokusei Tsukemen for main course.
The food is always good and always consistent.
