First my foot long wasn’t cut I had to do it myself. they put the lettuce on the bottom of the sandwich, barely any mayo and no oil or vinegar was put on and they decided to put black olives which I did not order. This was a mobile order so I didn’t unwrap my sandwich until I got back to work. I will never order from this place again. And this was not worth $12. The receipt was correct the person just chose not to follow it!

I stopped by the restaurant on 10/10/25 at approximately 7pm to grab sandwiches with my kids. The girl who took our order was very slow and required me to repeat myself over and over again. She asked 3 times if I wanted it toasted. I said yes to all sandwiches. She placed them inside the toaster but and removed them after but I never saw her push any buttons. However I figured it’s her job so she knows what’s she’s doing. I continued to repeat myself with what should be inside the sandwich. Finally we paid and left. As soon as we get home I realized that all sandwiches were cold and definitely not toasted. The cheese in both was never melted. After a long day nobody has time to return back and complain. But I am definitely leaving this well deserved negative review. The girl working was way too slow, confused, and clearly couldn’t follow simple instructions. First and last time I visit that location.

Food services horrible they gave me a cold sandwich on my lunch i went to buy and when j got back to work i noticed my sandwich was cold and the steak was cold as if it was out just out the fridge. Couldnt eat it i threw it away kept calling the store till someone finally picked up they said to go abck forna receplacement which was yesterday but I got off work late, so I went back this morning before work and they gave me a hassle about replacing it that the person that is in charge is the one who made my sandwich and she said that my sandwich was good and I had to pay again for another one. That’s very inconvenient. Why would I lie about my sandwich being cold or the steak

The whole veggie area was a big mess, veggies were practically all mixed up, guy making our sandwich was squeezing juice from pickles and it was going all over the other veggies stations.the drink place was dirty. They need a good cleaning, definitely never coming back to this one. Also the whole menu wasn’t even up.

I still don’t understand why they keep messing up the orders, not only that but they keep forgetting certain items with the sandwiches. They need to be retrained and know how to count properly. This was the 4th time and the last time. I STRONGLY suggest to go to a different one, I already contacted the company and haven’t received anything from them. So this just tells you how management runs this place. Go to a different Sandwich place.

In a large plaza right off Rosemead and 10 Fwy, really convenient.
A large store with plenty of seating, and lunch time usually gets really packed.
The staff is nice and attentive, and you can order ahead for take outs.

We went to this subway when we got in my mom was asking stuff to put on her sandwiches while the lady was looking at her with a bad attitude and she was saying huh after my mom asked her to put stuff on my moms sandwiches. I don’t know why there’s are employes working there and having a bad attitude.
