I ordered a Greek salad and it was completely spoiled. It had a sour taste and the lettuce was wilted and in bad condition. I couldn’t eat it at all. Very disappointing experience. I expected fresh food, not something that seemed old.

The pizza was good, but the wait for the food was atrocious. Ate here while attending a conference, and it took roughly 30 minutes for my food to be ready. The orders were also coming out not in order. They went 67, 55, 86, 83, 85, 88, 73, etc. I got my food after people who had ordered the same thing but significantly later than me, and I got my food before people who has ordered significantly before me.

The management of this location has been consistently disappointing. On our last three orders, we specifically requested the Cajun crust topping, and each time it was omitted. When we called to report the issue, no meaningful effort was made to correct it—no offer to remake the order or otherwise make it right—only a vague assurance that “next time” they would do better.
Unfortunately, they have not done better. This pattern reflects poorly on the franchise’s leadership and on quality control at this location. I strongly urge corporate to review this store’s operations and management, as the current experience does not live up to the standards associated with the Jet’s brand.

Awesome pizza!!! Staying at the Hyatt and this is the perfect spot for a pizza place as it’s easily accessed from multiple hotels! Ordering is easy online and was very fast! We got Chicken Bacon Ranch Deep Dish and LOVED it! They have great ranch!
Also ordered Hawaiian BBQ and it’s amazing!!!! Sweet red chili wings are amazing as well!!!!!

I placed an online order from this location Jet’s Pizza columbus 43215 at 9:09 PM, and it was supposed to be delivered within the hour by DoorDash (since they said they didn’t have a Jet’s Pizza driver). By 11:27PM, it still hadn’t arrived. There is no way to track my order, and the store closed at 10 PM, so no one answered when I called. I received zero updates, no communication, and absolutely no support. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It’s a 0/5 . I won’t be ordering from this location again.
Update: The next day, I still never received the pizza. I had to contact my bank to cancel the transaction because the restaurant neither answered my calls nor cancelled the order.
Absolutely unacceptable. Feels like a scam, shame on you!

They will give you cold nasty pizza that’s been sitting on their counter for an hour and tell you it “just came up”. I knew they were doing this so I sat and watched for an hour one day while eating elsewhere and heard him say it several times with pizza I saw

I ordered a med. pizza that never arrived. I called JETS to cancel/refund my money and they were really good at that. Next morning theres an empty JETS pizza box on my doorstep. This used to be the spot, now they got narcissists delivering your pizzas.
